To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandThere is nothing that i can point out... but if I really need to - parking is quite small and dark. I think it doesn't match rest of the inside.
Location was perfect. All street arts and nice street food were located max 30 minutes by walk. Highly recommend this place.

SingaporeThe family room configuration resulted in the sofa bed being directly under the air-con vent - which caused one of the guests to fall ill the next day. Very limited breakfast choices.
Room was spacious enough for three and check in/out process was smooth. Location was superb and close enough to all the Georgetown food attractions. Love the lavender scented toiletries too!

Thailandi forgot my charger and had to urgently charge my phone. on 11th March around 7am i came down to the reception and asked the receptionist (Chinese girl) if there is an iphone charger available that i can either borrow or leave it at the reception to be charged. Her immediate answer was no she doesn't have her charger and dose not bring it with her to work. She did not even make an attempt to check with her colleagues or if there is a cable around. Very shameful behavior for someone in the hospitality industry. Later i realized when i waked around that there is a charging station! The receptionist did not even bother informing me to check the charging booth. its just sad to see characters like this in the industry and in a reputable hotel like Jen.
