The spiral car park. To get to 10th floor has made me nausea.

The cleanliness is exceptional. It prepares Halal utensils for Muslim guests. View is breathtaking,sunrise especially. Easy to find the room as it near the lift. The host is negotiable and easy to deal with. Overall,I had a pleasant stay&my kids love it.

There are no things we didn't like. The apartment is not very spacious, and there are no closets or storage spots for clothes and personal items, but other than that, we can't complain about anything

We appreciated the friendliness and support of the host. The apartment is new, super cozy and super clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there are great facilities in the building such as gym and pool. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the center. We had a very good time and recommend it.

I have only one very small complaint. It's just a tiny personal complaint because I love ice cream and buy it by the 500ml tubs. I shouldn't complain that the fridge was a bit small. The fridge is OK for most things but I couldn't fit tubs of ice cream into the freezer section. Yeah, I lost a little weight and no ice cream was good for my health and diet...but I adore high-end, rich, creamy and amazing ice cream when I'm travelling. (My husband wasn't there and I also wouldn't have felt guilty when I had a tub every night of my stay......lol...as you can see, a very little silly and sad noise from me)

After booking, I received ALL the information I needed to get settled into my room fast and easy. Any questions I had were quickly and very pleasantly answered, at all times the host was easy to chat with and responsive to my needs. The studio apartment was very well presented and very comfortable. I was impressed with the number of power points available. Some places I've stayed in don't have any suitable place to plug in a bedside charger or sit comfortably with a laptop while it's charging. I have only good things to say about the entire experience and I highly recommend other travellers to Penang use this host for their bookings. This Tropicanna apartment is within walking distance to Loh Guan Lye Specialist Hospital with an excellent pharmacy close by. There's also a casual-style Japanese restaurant downstairs and the food was excellent for its target market. This is my preferred host to book all my future Penang trips.

Exceeded expectations

Everything was great. Such a nice flat! Well-located, nice view to the ocean, super clean, and very easy check-in and check-out. Manager was very communicative and answered any inquiries promptly.

Bathroom is a little small but at least it's very clean. Location is a bit off from where things are happening, it's impossible to walk during day time due to the heat.
