The smell coming from the bathrooms are horrendous. You have to keep the door shut otherwise it just stinks like the sewers and the top half of the building looks like pro Palestine.

Room has a fan, but no air conditioning. Opening the window to generate air flow and cool down is extremely noisy due to road and tram traffic from early to after midnight.

Close to 1 and 17 tram station into Amsterdam. Close to scenic Vodel park which extends to Leidseplein in central Amsterdam and Rembrandt park .

room was extremely not sound proof. I could hear the people I was travelling with two rooms down from mine with both rooms closed inside the room. It was hot in the room, the fan barely helped during the night and the intake of air is only available if the bathroom door is open

the bathroom was smelling bad, they weren't cleaning the room so well, the window from balcony wasn't closing properly, stains in the walls, and the room itself really small, and weak Internet, but the main thing is bad cleaning

the location was on 15 - 20 with tram to town, stuff was alright, view was alright, near to tram stop and t stores around and park not so far away

Was promised 2 single beds with bedside table in between and we got room with single beds sticking together, went to reception to ask to change it and the guy at reception was very rude and refused straight away and said we can complain and he does not care

I did not like the fact that not only the breakfast is not included for such a low value to price ratio but also for 9.5€ very few and low nutrition value products were provided.In addition, it is unacceptable that there is no refrigerator in the room. The outdoor of the small restaurant of the hotel was as if it was half finished which neagatively impacts the aesthetic.Also, the products a client can buy from the hotel's store are really expensive

I liked the position of the hotel in town as well as the fact that we were able to rent bikes from there.

The rooms are outdated, shower screen or curtain should be installed to stop the room getting wet, the balconies are disgraceful and when the cleaners clean the rooms they should dust inside the wardrobes and on top as it always gets noticed.

The food and nice staff. Downstairs is very nicely furnished as well as the hallways and stairs. The rooms need a lot of work.

There are some spots with mold in the shower. some part of shower cabin were a bit broken. no elevators to the rooms without windows. sound isolation is not great, it was noisy.

Great location to reach the center of Amsterdam, rooms were a bit small, but when you spend the whole day sightseeing that is not that important. It was also clean and we got new towels every day. There was a water leak in the toilet and we were transferred in another room. The stuff was also nice.

I couldn’t sleep at all because there were a lot of noise in the area, the trams and my room was ground floor so when they flush toilet etc. I hear all those noises and to me it wasn’t pleasant at all.

The room was clean and the service was good, the staffs were more helpful.

The room wasn’t well ventilated, the building faces where sun sets for second half of day, got unbearably hot. only one outlet in single bed room so had to switch between fan and phone charging causing delayed charging. There was also an issue with drainage causing a rancid smell to innate from the toilet.

good location, a few tram stops away from central and right opposite a tram stop! chilled neighbourhood and right next to 2 parks ideal for morning walks! There was a balcony window that allowed in a lot of natural light. Staff were very friendly and i felt safe alone.

Toilet had a bad smell constantly was a weird smell couldn't put my finger on it would be nice to have some proper pillows but we delt with it door to the toilet was falling off aswell
