We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomI didn’t like the idea of paying for a bath robe. This is the first hotel I would be asked to pay for a bath robe. Nothing to change into at the wellness room to use the sauna except for the clean towels.

We were upgraded to a nicer room, which was a fun surprise. We had drinks at the restaurant, which was fine. The room was quiet. We checked the pool, but decided not to swim. The breakfast had plenty of options, if you chose to get it.

SingaporeDidn't realise the apartment was so big and offered an extra bed, booked two apartments when I really needed one, they refused to cancel the 2nd bedroom which was really not needed. It was our joint fault, the hotel didn't make it clear a family of 3 could stay in one apt and I could have called to clarify. At the end of the day the hotel could have cancelled the reservation for the 2nd room but they refused.
The location was good, not far from the centre with easy access to motorways. The style of the hotel and decor was really pleasing. There was a shopping area and train station close by. Breakfast was quite good. The concierge was extremely helpful, she recommended eating places and even called and made us a reservation. The size of the apartment was rally good with a high floor view.

Lovely location, good amenities but only a short train journey to central Amsterdam. The hotel is nice, very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel but the food looked good. Small swimming pool, but enough and kept clean, sauna and steam room are relaxing. The gym has enough for a full workout.
