We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We arrived ahead of checking in time and they had the rooms ready which gave us more time to explore the town without our luggage. The check-in staff were super friendly and explained everything clearly. We had an en-suite room overlooking the beautiful Vrithof square and surrounding restaurants. The room was clean and airy and large bed very comfortable. We enjoyed drinks on the patio but we didn't eat at the hotel so unable to comment on food service

Generous sized bedroom. The decor is very elegant. The hotel overlooks the Vrijthof, a public space. There was a “kermis” on during my stay. The loud music and noises were somehow blocked out, but one could still hear them until they stopped after midnight.

Excellent location, very close to The Red Church. Very clean room, comfortable bed, helpful receptionist, elevator. Our room was light, with big windows, looking at the walking area on this center square. Even though many restaurants were at the square, it was not noisy during the night (Monday night). (Travelers, please know that restaurants that are open on Mondays, not many, will close between 8:00 and 9:00PM.) I like the decoration of the room, too, delicate and just right.
