Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was strange to see an information card in the room indicating the possibility of room service and an extension number to call to place an order, but there was no phone in the room! maybe you need to update the information placed in the room. The sauna in the wellness area is great but the steam bath was not working and was a bit smelly.
Very nice hotel in the middle of the forest, a very comfortable room, an excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. They have a nice sauna and fitness room with a wonderful view. Big parking lot and very smooth check in process.

It was cold in the room as you got it, and it needed at least 2-3 hours to warm up, and because of this the bedsheets were also really cold and uncomfortable to sleep.

Nothing all good
Have stayed here before. Very quiet location. Simple but comfortable room. Good speed on WiFi. TV took Amazon stick ok, Great to get in a bath after a month of showers. Simple bar meals. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking adjacent to the building. Very helpful reception staff on check in & check out. Given the location its not really walking distance to Oosterbeek but not an issue.

The tv did not have BBC News, which Is my preferred outlet for English news.
breakfast was superb. so many options to choose from, despite the walk to the restaurant from reception. location was in the forests, peaceful and calm from the traffic. room was great, shower was warm and bed comfy.

I couldn't raise the temperature of the hotel room above 23 degrees. That's why the room was not hot.

Breakfast was not included as standard, and booking in advance for 20 euros per day at check-in @ reception I personally found very expensive. That's why I decided to score my croissant + cup of coffee elsewhere. Also, I thought I would find a bottle of water + water-cooker + coffee in my room as usual (which was not the case, although there were 2 drinking cups wrapped in plastic in bathroom). EVERY WORKING DAY in the EVENING location is accessible by public transport only 1 time per hour from 17.25h onwards, and later from 22.27h only by taxi (but only pre-booked 1 hour in advance, so be aware & plan ahead).
Met my expectation of a super neat hotel, with friendly staff and I was helped quickly everywhere. The price / quality level of chilled drink at the bar (until 12 o'clock) was fine, and you could even just pay in cash :) They allowed me late check in, and they even allowed others to check in without pre-booking (and with free room upgrade if normal rooms were fully booked). Location is beautiful, and easily accessible by bus EVERY WORKING DAY every half hour until 17.25h (in 10 min walk + 15 min bus you are in the center of the city)

It is not a real hotel, it is part of sport city where everything is linked with Olympic preparation system, rooms is clean but so basic ,long corridors, big halls , and athletics complex design
The location is inside a forest with lot of trails and sport activities

Location of the hotel was great, just outside Arnhem in a lovely forested area, but not so far to get into town. Hotel rooms were well appointed, each twin room had comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and towels. Decor was a bit dated, but the rooms were very clean and well appointed. We didn't try the numerous sports facilities on offer, due to timing. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Friendly and helpful staff on reception.

Rude restaurant staff. Told we could not have table without booking in advance but they later changed their mind. However only given option of set meal which seemed expensive and uninteresting so we decided to go elsewhere.
Very smart hotel with good facilities let down by the restaurant. The man running the bar snacks was absolutely brilliant, despite being single handed and extremely busy but he managed ver6 well and the food was awesome.
