The facilities are perfect (sauna, swimming pool, fitness). Very helpful staff. Room/studio was very simple but in combination with all great facilities, good value for money. Area is really pretty.

Hotel is OK but needs renovation. No way to protect the sleeping room from morning light (high window with no curtains). There was a booklet in the room detailing all the fines you could be charged with if you misbehaved (!).

Staff was friendly. Shower was good. Comfortable mattresses.

The room/apartment was very basic and dated, it felt like student accommodation and our bedding was dirty with something like sand on the sheets. There was a small kitchen but no cutlery at all. We had to ask 3 or 4 times to get an iron even though we emailed beforehand to ask for one.

Nice gym, friendly check in staff, good location for the event we were visiting the area to attend, plenty of parking spaces. OK for 1 night but wouldn't have wanted to stay for a longer period of time.

The fridge was a bit noisy. Some quests were noisy (phone call on the balcony at 3am), but of course that's not the hotel's fault.

The staff forgot to equip the suite with items like kitchen towels and dishwasher pucks. The TV was not working when we first arrived. There were dead ladybugs everywhere.

Nice pool and fitness facilities. The apartment suites are quite nice and spacious. Some of the staff were friendly. Could be a really nice place if the staff were more attentive.

The night entry( side gate with key) is much to dark, it’s difficult to find the keyhole, and that dark corridor is very creepy.

Never had such a noisy appartment. Awfull! You can hear all the noise from all the neighbours around you. Sleepingroom was made next to the balcony of the neighbours who could also look inside our room partially! When your neighbours are staying outside untill midnight, impossible to sleep. Also, there was no space left anymore to have breakfast the young men told me at the reception. I have never heard this in a hotel before (worked in many hotels in my life at the reception but never experienced this). Also there was no showergel or shampoo. The reason was that the appartments are renovated and the machines to hang them on in the shower are ordered and not there yet. They wanted to give me handsoap to wash my hair with. For the amount of money what I've paid, it's not worth the sleepless nights and not being able to have breakfast and properly take a shower. It's a NO GO to come back here.

the place wasn’t super clean. we used the oven and there was nasty stuff stuck on it and it was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. it was also obvious that the pool wasn’t cleaned because we would see the same stuff floating on the pool the next day

We had to be checked in by 9pm. A staff member rang us to find out our arrival time and luckily we made it before they closed up for the night.

The pool and fitness center are both really well maintained. The hotel is a short walk into town and the many cafes/restaurants. Being able to cook in the apartment is a handy option to have with children and the apartment comes with a good sized dining and kitchen area.

Due to corona facilities where closed at 17:00. Facilities in room included coffee machine but no coffee. Given sauna and swimming pool, fireplace and bar where closed at 17:00 the price was overrated.

Unfortunately there was no microwave in the room. The staff made up for it by heating up our food in their own microwave.

We arrived a bit earlier before the check-in and had to wait in the lobby just to find out they gave us an apartment for two instead of four. We had to pack all of our things again and move to another apartment which wasn't the most comfortable, one room was really tiny and it was crazy hot inside. The staff was nice and friendly but didn't make our experience very pleasant.

The hotel was clean, equipped with a swimming pool and sauna's which we gladly used.

Tiny quibbles: the room (212) was ostensibly on the second floor but was in fact on the first, so it took a moment or two to find. The kitchen was very well equipped, but seemed to lack any washing up liquid or cleaning cloths. We didn't realise that everything was designed to be put in the dishwasher! Probably we didn't read the guide notes carefully, but a little sheet with information placed by the sink would have been helpful. Otherwise, fine.

The location, well set back from a main road, meant that any traffic noise was inaudible. The reception area was easy to navigate, and the lift was of a good size. Breakfast was ample, and the choice of foods was excellent.
