The size of the room is good and comfy for 2 people, but can be a bit cramped with a baby cot.

The location is excellent! Easy to access to anywhere. Just a short enjoyable walk to the museums and tram stops.

Difficult to be too critical of anything given it's a 3 star hotel. Perhaps a little on the pricey side but Amsterdam hotels are expensive so that has to be taken into account!

It was really close to the designer shops but wasn’t close enough to the bars and restaurants which would have been perfect to walk around. Especially in the evenings.

The location was in the middle of the museum area. Close to public transport. The room was a bit small but perfect for what I needed and the length of my stay. Bed was comfy.

Excellent location in the vicinity of the museums and within the walking distance from the city center. The hotel has very nice common area where you can meet and have some drinks or snacks. there is also a terrace - I suppose it must be great during the Summer.

The shower room doesn't have enough room to keep your personal belongings.

The location is near the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, which meets our needs. And easy transfer to downtown by tram and metro. Staffs are friendly! There’s an elevator we can get upstairs easily with our luggage.

Only issue was the breakfast, we paid €30 for 2 of us for one morning and it was a small buffet

Room was simple (think Travel lodge) and pretty small but this wasn't an issue as I was out all the time. Bathroom was a bit dated but entirely functional and clean

5* location. Beautiful, peaceful (fancy!) area of Amsterdam yet extremely central. I walked everywhere around the entire city from it as a base. The airport bus also stops round the corner which is very convenient. Museums also right on the doorstep, 3-5 min walk. Friendly staff, clean room. Essential toiletries and spare towels in the bathroom. I also booked a single room but the bed was a queen/small double (not sure if I had been upgraded or if that is standard) which was really nice. Highly recommend for a city break

Room had a bit of a musty smell, kind of like a dorm room, maybe the carpet was a bit old. Wasn't noticeable after a few minutes though. The room was small (as advertised)

Great value for the room, very clean and modern bathroom with big shower and sink. Small room, but functional and the beds were comfortable - had the best sleep of my trip at this hotel.

The walls in the Hotel are thin, as are the windows. I’ll offer that this means that you will hear what happens in other rooms. The toilets have a slight sewer smell.

The property is right by the museums, and very accessible to transit from the airport and shopping.

It was really, really noisy. I could hear everything behind the door in the corridors. I could also hear the street outside - it didn't bother me though, but it's a fact.

Location is great! There are many places to eat and shop around. Tram stops are closeby. The staff was very professional and polite. We had a great time in Amsterdam, so much so that we ended up extending our stay for another day.
