You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

UkraineThe pictures of the room did not correspond to the reality. The room “with the view” only had a small window near the ceiling. And the entrance code should be sent to the guests at around the check-in time and not after their actual arrival. The rest is fine.

UkraineCommunicating with the hotel after 7 PM proved challenging. Our electronic room key unexpectedly expired on the second day of our stay (it happens :)), but there was no response despite attempts to reach them via messages and calls. We needed to contact booking support to get to the room (which took some time obviously).
We liked our room under the roof - it was quite clean and spacious with a nice view of the square, there were many windows and lots of light in the morning. There was a mini-kitchen with a tea and coffee machine.

The room was great, larger than expected, very comfortable. I arrived quite late so the staff was not there anymore but everything went very smoothly. I could simply check in and enter the room with my phone.

HungaryI had a single-bed room that was really nice and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was that the bath and toilet were in one room that was so tiny that a bigger person could not even fit in.
Easy online check in and out, no keys needed. Close to the tram station and in a nice district.

We had a great stay here while my partner worked in Delft for the week and I remotely. Very comfortable and clean room, great internet connection, and free coffee during the day! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well! The location is good, too, with many great restaurants in the area and the tram just down the road. My partner went back several times after to stay during additional work commitments. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

NetherlandsThe water in the rain shower couldn't get away quick enough, so as a solo traveler it was fine but if someone else were to shower they would've had to wait a bit. Also the doors can use some cushioning when closing to prevent slamming.
Great location in the Zeeheldenkwartier. Ideal online key card for easy access to the building and room. Spacious double room at the back of the property and overall pretty quiet.
