All was good, but I was first night not happy with room in basement (ground floor) where all smelled of toilett - up to room. Receptionist next day was very helpfull and we were able to change room for floor - same as reception. I wondered why I received this room, while I was booking almost half year up front. Its punishment for early birds?

We had dinner in the restaurant 2 times, it is too busy, first time we have waited more than an hour to get the meals. Staff was confused sometimes, they made mistakes with the meal and drink. But very friendly and when we complained they did their best.

Breakfast is very good, large variety, coffee is very good! Nice designs, very spacious room. Has big parking for free!

We found silverfish in the bathroom, which was uncomfortable. The parking space was very dark. The dependence was not as elegant as the hotel itself.

The beds would be a bit more comfortable if it would be a queen-size or king-size bed instead of two single beds pushed together.

Very good breakfast with variety, the rooms are also very well-sized. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms. The facilities of this hotel were very nice, nice restaurant, bar, lounges and very friendly staff. Good connection to the highway.

The only comment I would have is that there could be better signages inside the hotel to show where the rooms are.

Not so clear where the room was, I had to ask twice for directions from the concierge. It was outside the main building, together with other ground-floor rooms, hidden behind another building, and with not very visible and clear markings of where it is and how to get there.

Big and comfy room. Same for the bathroom. Big hotel lobby with a lot of options for having a drink. Clean, easy to access, free parking in front. Not so clear where the room was, I had to ask twice for directions from the concierge.

There is renovation going on so be ready to walk among the construction site. Our food at the restaurant was not good. I ordered a Angus burger but it felt like it was just taken form the freezer, so it was like fast food quality.

Friendly people, specially at the front desk. Comfortable beds and the area was quite so we had a good rest.

There was no heater in the room. I pressed the heater sign and it poped up but it is AC mode only. When I turned off the AC, the room is warmer definitely! The hot water was not consistent for showering and taking a bath., I live in the 4 people family room and when I was showering the hot water disappeared. So I took a cold shower instead.

The room is clean and really big and the staff is really nice.

Noise from the construction work. Breakfast/restaurant/reception all in the popup location “Valk Next Door”, so you need to walk outside and around the building to enter - which is understandable due to construction. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing - spoiled bread, on most days the croissants were overdone, bacon swimming in oil. Not much breakfast choices. Water stained glasses and cutlery.

As the hotel was under construction, we stayed in the outside “wing” which is not attached to the hotel. Kind of like a motel, where you can park your car directly in-front of the room and have a direct view of it. Two large beds in the family room - this was great! Nice big private bathroom with a shower and a large bath, toilet in a separate location. Receptionists and most staff were very friendly, especially Joey!

Such a shame that with Corona regulations that there is just SO much plastic and waste with everything individually wrapped. Hotel have done what appears to be the best they can but hopefully soon they can relax that aspect.

We were assigned rooms 29-31 on the ground floor, but as soon as we opened the doors we were met by an unpleasant smell in each room - definitely something coming out of the AC. Room 29 was arguably the worst, so that guest went up to the reception to ask for another room (which he got, and had no smell problems). Myself and my colleague in rooms 30 and 31 stayed there shortly, but soon decided we couldn't bear the smell and decided to ask for change of rooms but were informed that the hotel was fully occupied and nothing could be done for the night. The only advice the person had, was bringing it up with the morning shift at the reception, which didn't really help the situation. I didn't unpack my bags as I didn't want the smell to set in to my luggage, and ended up shutting off the air conditioning to minimize the smell. Made the stay there feel like I wanted to be done with it and be gone as soon as I could.

The hotel looks good, probably either newly renovated or newly built. The breakfast was good and I appreciated the walk-in rainfall shower. Comfortable beds and clean room. Checked for bed-bugs (as I always do) and no sign of them.
