Not much space in the room. As two friends about to go on a cruise, we had two suitcases and two carry ons and found this challenging. The bathroom never dried. We both had showers then we had to always wear shoes in the bathroom since the water was everywhere. I would prefer better towels too. The ones provided were small and worn out. There was an incident where two ladies needed a room late at night with no where else to go and the staff offered a room at 4 times the price we paid. We felt this was a bit unfair considering the room was empty anyway. This really didn't sit right with us as it was below freezing outside and the other hotels were full.

Cheapest place we could find in Kirkenes, we only needed this as somewhere to sleep before a cruise. Check in was easy as they just left the keys out for everyone. Close to Scandic so it's easy to get to and from the airport and Snow Hotel for these activities.

Room and bathroom was okay, but no heating in spaces outside of the room. No fridge in the room as stated, but there was one near the reception. Coffee machine but no cups. When I posed questions befor arrival there was no answer so I had to phone. Simple place!

I only saw the staff, once, for 3 minutes. They have a coffee machine in the lobby, which is excellent. But no cups or glasses in the lobby or in the room. I was lucky to see the staff exactly when I needed one. He immediately brought two cups, for me and another client present there. Bad luck for the rest of the clients. You could tell that the room was very recently cleaned, but clearly the cleaning staff did not put much effort. It is cheap in comparison with other places, but not cheap enough for the value.

It is perfectly located right in the center of the town. Good bed, clean linen. Good for one night, if you don't plan to stay much inside and you are looking for cheaper accommodation.

Advertised as bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast. VERY basic. Dribble of water only from tap- but shower OK. Curtain hanging off. More like a hostel than a hotel. No information available for anything (key left put on admission - no staff...)

Basic room with shower which was hot. We booked right before arrival and there was no one at reception. There was a list of numbers to call, we had to try a few to reach someone who I believe we woke up. Eventually they came and let us in. It was clean and a place to stay for cheap.

Such a poor condition of the room, so shabby - bedside lamp cover broken, rail in the shower broken, toilet sit… I wonder, if all rooms in a hotel are the same? Or I was so “lucky”? Although, I must say honestly - I was not able to use the shower, it was freezing cold, like in refrigerator. Couldn’t force myself. Internet didn’t work. Well, when first I was alone in the hotel, it worked (mainly in the lobby) but then, with more guests - no chance. Big tv in the room, but just very few channels (like 5) in Norwegian.

Very good central location, easy to find. Big plus is a coffee apparat and paper cups in the lobby. Really appreciated! Really enjoyed my single bed - so comfortable, soft and warm. Glad that I was allowed to check in earlier, the key from my room was just on reception counter.

Basic, affordable, clean, warm and perfectly situated accommodation but a little impersonal with nobody in attendance upon arrival or departure. Internet not connecting. Underfloor heating in bathroom was a pleasant bonus. Microwave, fridge and disposable cups for own food and drinks in common area were also useful. Perfect overnight stop.

there is only 1 tiny hotel for 8-10 rooms, and it is not even on the same floor as my room. there is no service, i did not see any staff at all, no erseption, breakfast or anuything else. Everything is in rather bad nick and the cleaning is not good. The first time i actually checked my bed for bedbugs before sitting on it. this is the worst hotel i have seen in many years of travelling. The price is also high at over 2.200 NOK a night. This hotel is so bad that I was planning to stay 2 nights but left after only 1 and got a room at Thon hotel for less money and good quality. I would not call this a hotell at all.

There was no breakfast available despite their name. Maybe a 'post Covid' decision. Perhaps a change of name is required here. It was not a problem, for us, as we had food with us. It reminded me of a hostel and certainly looked like one. A little more attention should be paid to cleanliness in the bathroom.

We stayed in the hotel to catch the Hurtigruten Cruise next day. It was a very basic room with two single beds which met our needs. Excellent nights sleep because of 'the' most comfortable beds. It was quiet with easy access to the town centre. Would definitely stay there again. Great price compared to everything else in town.Taxi service available in neighbouring building.
