Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Shower/wet room floor incredibly slippery when wet. Would have appreciated having a kettle in the room.
Just opposite the central railway station. Enormous room with big shower/wet room. Electronic check-in convenient and problem-free. I spoke to a very helpful staff member for checkout. Room rear facing and very quiet overnight despite being near the lifts.

Better and more detailed cleaning of the rooms.
Very good location in the centre of Oslo outside the Central station. Very easy to walk around the city. All the landmarks of Oslo are within a walking distance from the hotel. Room was good size

That we didn’t stay longer!
Great location for arriving by train. Really friendly and helpful staff. Chilled vibe. Great decor. We bought a super-budget room with a small-ish bed against the wall, but the room itself was a good size and the shower was amazing.

We only had 2 nights in Oslo and didn't arrive until late evening for the first night. The hotel could not have been easier to find. Exiting the central railway station via Karl Johans Gate exit, the hotel can be clearly seen across the road diagonally to the left. The rooms are clean, compact and perfect for a short stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very helpful about our queries regarding the local area.

Booked the comfort double and for the price it was great. The staff was really friendly, room was clean, the a/c runs nonstop which is a plus in the summer, hotel is just across the central station and also close to the Munch museum and the Oslofjord cruise. If you’re travelling alone then this hotel is the best choice for you.

Location is perfect: very close to the railway station, Starbucks and hard rock restaurant. Local public transportation (bus) are nearby as well as is about 10-20min walking from the fortress, the town hall, the munch museum and the harbour.

Nothing is perfect! Unlike many other properties , the housekeeping(blacksheep) did not change my bedsheet during my stays! I did cut my toe that bled a lot, and I requested another bedsheets to the FRONTDESK who promised to report to them! The housekeeping did not even bother! Management needs to address this issue! GREAT HOTEL!

They don't have a coffee maker in the room and mini bar.
Perfect location, close to Oslo S. Opera House, MUNCH museum and SALT art & music, Karl Johans street right there by the hotel. I would go back there again for my next visit to Oslo.

Beds were comfortable and the location couldn't be better. Just 2 minute walk to central station giving easy access to trains going to the airport. Staff was very pleasant and happy to help with anything.
