Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If I were to point to something, it would be that the beds are too soft
Excellent location, with everything you need, clean, quiet and affordable. The breakfast was one of the best ever. Fika and dinner are also a nice perk, but expect a limited range of options. Finally, the price was good, taking into account where we were.

The room was quite small for 4* hotel, it had everything that would be needed, but it was not at the level of the other parts that make the whole picture.
The location is very appropriate - less than 10 minutes from the train and bus station, and only a few minutes from the main streets. It is actually inside the small shopping area and the cinema. During the night hours it is guarded and you can access only as a hotel guest. The breakfast was amazing, there was literally something for everyone, lots of cooked, warm meals and specific Scandinavian types of food. We also enjoyed the complementary dinner, which had few options, but quite enough. You could have it at the roof terrace or bar, which is another eating place - different than the main restaurant where the breakfast is served. That one is also very comfortable and provides very warm atmosphere. The hotel also offers free coffee (from the machine, which is rare for the other hotels). The staff was very polite and helpful. The price we paid was very convinient, especiallly considering all the aspects from above.

I cannot find anything particular that we didn't like, it was very clean and also quiet despite the fact the room we stayed was facing a busy street with tram traffic but if you didn't open the windows the sound insulation was pretty good.
I have stayed in the hotel in previously when it was under a different management, so I knew location wise it is in a perfect location who wants to visit central Oslo. Of course the breakfast and evening meals were great as it used to be which we appreciated a lot. Of course the room was quite large for a typical Oslo downtown hotel and decorated very well.

Charming decor & large bedroom. They offered complimentary afternoon tea & evening meal- which made our stay excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet was so diverse, never experienced that before

I wish I could have stayed longer.
Breakfast was great! I wish I could’ve stayed longer in order to try more of the foods offered. I especially loved the variety of dairy products; yogurt, kefir, blueberry cultured milk, etc. The location was VERY convenient, since I arrived in Oslo by train. The train station was a great reference point when I was walking around the city—I knew that if the train station was nearby, so was my hotel. My room was larger than I’d expected, and I appreciated how many clothes hangars there were, as well as places to hang things. I was never around in the afternoon to try the complimentary coffee and sweets, but I was pleased with the dinners provided. There were always several types of salads, a main course and vegetables, tasty soup and bread/crackers. Oslo is an expensive city, and I appreciated that dinner was provided.

Nothing really. Would stay here again
Rooms are a really good size with very big comfortable bed Fika and dinner are included in the price if you want to eat in but if not, it's located in central Oslo just 5 minutes from the station Great options for breakfast Staff all very helpful

Rooms could benefit from some kind of slight renovation. They are in good condition but it is clear that they have been used for a long time.
We stayed for just one night, but really liked the hotel unique design. The breakfast zone was large and cozy and the breakfast itself was surprisingly rich in options. We also liked the evening meal and the outdoor terrace at the top. It is also located next to the train station, which was very convenient for our travel.

Everything was perfect 😁
Great breakfast and supper , I didn’t expect such variety of goods! Delicious coffee as well as tea and water in the lobby (24/7 free). In the afternoon fika- coffee and cake (also free). Perfect location - in the centre of the city. Kind and helpful staff 😁 We really enjoyed our stay!

Smaller size rooms so no where to unload your suitcase. No dresser
We loved the quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Slept amazing. rooms were somewhat small and no where to unload our suitcases so good for a short say. Breakfast was amazing! Dinner was good. Hotel was perfectly located to explore the city!

Amazing breakfast, afternoon coffee with sweet treats and great dinner was included. The roof top terrace is also very pretty and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Oslo the next time.

The hotel is amazing, the location is perfect to visit Oslo, 5 minutes walk to busterminal, 10 minutes to center. The rooms was very clean, a huge and comfortable bed. The breakfast is best ever, very diversified with local and international products
