No included breakfast, lobby coffee could be better (but it was free so I shouldn’t complain). Shower stall was on the small side.

Easy online check-in (hotel is not staffed) via door code sent by email. Large, clean room, high water pressure, ample hot water, fridge was a nice touch, comfy bed. I also liked that my windows opened for added ventilation. Free and plentiful parking was a bonus.

The location is perhaps not the most exciting (and no food is available at the venue), so the hotel might not be the best choice for longer stays.

Located a bit outside Kongsvinger. We didn’t mind the walk, but this might be the only thing to complain about. A bit warm room, but fan was ok.

Simple but comfortable roadside hotel. Beds were comfortable. There is no stuff physically present. Downstairs there's a resting area with tables where you can have your own breakfast. We had a problem with the code from the room, the stuff has helped us on the phone super quickly.

If you have a car location is good. Otherwise, ~3 km walk to the center.

Good value for money. Easy check-in& out. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Nice to be able to sit on the terrace when the weather is nice.

There was only a little fan to keep the room cold. There was no "Do not disturb"-sign, so the cleaners just entered the room without knocking.

When we arrived in the early evening, the coded front door was wedged open and some workmen were sitting on the ground in front of it, smoking. Not the best impression. We made ourselves some food in the lounge but, as there are no staff around, the table and chairs were full of crumbs etc from the previous people. There were no wipes or cloths to clean up after yourself. The lack of staff was also felt in the WC adjacent to the dining room. Someone had clearly gone in there with a bleeding wound before me as there was dried blood splats all over the basin and blood all over the available bit of the towel dispenser.

The rooms were nicely appointed and spacious. Check-in was easy - the hotel is seemingly un-staffed so they text you with a code for the front door and your room and you pay in advance. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. A fan was provided as the weather was hot. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. There was a big lounge provided with free hot water and coffee, a microwave and some vending so you could eat your own food as there is no restaurant or breakfast. There was a full size fridge in the room which made self-catering easier. For those not driving - the hotel is a bit far out of town but the taxi service near the station were great and very efficient. The hotel was very good value for money for Norway.

I'd recommend the place to send the room number and code via email as well for those who do not have the ability to receive texts abroad. (We had to ask for help from a nice guest who let us use his phone since we didn't get the SMS)

I like: - automatic everything, very clear where to write code for opening doors (entrance and room was teh same code so it was so easy not to mixed up with numbers) - good wifi, I could work in the room - little fridge in a room. Especially when it it so hot to keep my food in it was perfect.

The location is not convenient if you don't travel by car - little bit outside the city. The equipment is rather basic and getting old, bathroom was quite cold.

A nice, simple hotel. I liked the smart system - no waiting at the reception for check in and out, you just get a code. The room was simple, but big enough and clean.

We booked a family room and we’re not disappointed. The room was huge with comfortable seating too, we were a family of 4 even and though our kids are young adults, there was so much space for us. The hotel is an ideal location for travelling to and from Oslo airport if you have an awkward flight time.
