It was a nice, clean room. The bed was very comfortable, with comfortable pillows. Sound proof, so I could hear nothing from other rooms or from the street outside. The breakfast was excellent, with so much to choose from. And the staff was very pleasant, both in the breakfast room and in the reception. I really recommend this hotel, and this will be «my hotel» every time I visit Stavanger.

For me everything was perfect. Expectation are same as in reality. The bed was really comfortable, high quality service. There is everything you need in the room. Great breakfast, nice gym. It is a place I would like to come back.

It was close to the main attractions, parking lot, and was a comfortable stay. The room was clean. We were surprised with a welcome fruit tray which was very nice of the staff to do. The staff were friendly and gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do around the city. Definitely recommend!

Delicious breakfast, many options, coffee/tea available all day. Beautiful community room with comfortable sitting on the 2nd floor. Very clean room, with mini bar, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended!

Great location in the middle of Stavanger, paid parking nearby and all the restaurants and pretty street are right there. The breakfast was great and the staff are very nice.

Big "but": Hotel wasn't able to provide one member of the group with the pre-booked (and pre-paid!) room category and downgraded the person to a single room... without even offering reimbursement of the price difference! (just a fruit platter to make up) I hope this was a singular mistake. Rooms are not very spacious either.

Very central location. Brilliant breakfast. Public parking garage (Domkirrke Platsen) practically next door. Room equipped with everything needed. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Very rich and good breakfast although the food should be covered. We experienced people heavily breathing and coughing on it (COVID hasn't taught anything). Very good position, close to a public parking and all city attractions.

The room was really noisy because of the ventilation of the building and if wasn’t easy to sleep because of the light coming from the curtain (in 3 pieces that doesn’t close properly) and the ventilation noise. I called the first day to ask if it was possible to turn the ventilation off because I don’t think I can sleep with that much noise (and putting the card off doesn’t make any difference) and they said “no” but that they can come to check if our room is specially noisy and maybe change us into an other room. It was 22.20 and the woman at the reception told us “I arrive in ten minutes” we waited until 23.00 the woman never showed up (which I found really a terrible lack of respect that late when we want to go to bed). But some other people at the reception later on were a lot nicer.

The breakfast was really very good. They thought of everyone with also amazing gluten-free cakes. We asked for the breakfast box on our last day because we were leaving early and even this one was made thoughtfully with two sandwiches and two fruits each. The kitchen team is doing a great job so thank you! The location was good and we enjoyed the free tea.

They could put more toiletries into the rooms. My luggage was delayed so I had additional toiletries (which are covered by the airline but comfort-wise it would have been nicer to have some more toiletries in the room).

The breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety and it’s all delicious. The location is excellent. It’s near to the city centre, the bus station, and the train station. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
