Luxurious hotel with amazing view of the Himalayas. Wonderful food and hospitality. Large hotel room, large comfortable bed, great bathroom, amazing balcony view of the Himalayas. I wish I had more time to spend here! I’ll be back.

The hotel car hire/taxi is a tiny bit on the steep side of things but we avoided this situation by walking down to the main town centre (5 mins) and flagging a local taxi.

We arrived with an extra person than what was booked online. We were not trying to fraudulent, the website just would not let us input an extra person. When I explained the situation at reception, it was very swiftly remedied and we were also given a complimentary upgrade. The views from the room balcony or the breakfast terrace is to die for. There was not a single cloud in sight to block the view of the mountain range. It was majestic. The rooms were very clean and the staff very attentive and polite. The breakfast and the lunch buffet is also very scrumptious. Breakfast was complimentary and the lunch buffet price was very reasonable.

The pool and other facilities were old and in need of renovation. The photos show a much more modern hotel. As a result I thought it was very expensive, and did not represent good value.

Overall the resort was a bit tired and dated and needed some renovation. No elevators so you must be able manage stairs. Probably not a good Resort if you have mobility issues.

A great location and many facilities. We arrived early and they accommodated us. Manager was very keen to ensure we had a good experience. Restaurant had a wide variety of food options and everything we had was good. Room was spacious and good with a large balcony area with great views.

The swimming pool needs an update on the tiles etc and it wasn’t heated as advertised.

Staff were very nice and answered any queries we had. We booked massage too and it was lovely! Just a little noisy at the massage as they were doing work right outside. We also had food at the hotel and enjoyed it with lots of to choose from.

The furnishings were a bit old and aircon is leaking. Food choices were limited and pretty expensive.

The spa and massages were fantastic! Thanks to the team, Sumi, Shymala, Kobi for relieving all our aches in our bodies. They also instructed us on yoga in the morning. Prices were reasonable. All other staff were polite and friendly. You can see sunrise and the mountains from your balcony. Fantastic!

the pool is too small and it is mainly for kids. the main reception does not have Air conditioning and it is not ventilated with windows.

Bathroom look aged Towel is not clean .would recommend to inspect first before use. No smart tv function .cannot watch YouTube

The pool was one of the reasons we booked. We enquired before about the pool temperature and were told it was swimming temperature but it really wasnt. More like a plunge pool. Especially disappointing because we enquired before. Also thought it was strange good coffee was only available for an extra charge at breakfast.

The view from the balcony was beautiful! Room was spacious and comfortable. Really nicely decorated. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet. Jacuzzi is nice!
