Excellent location for a quick 5 minute walk into town The bed was comfy The shower was great and all the staff were so helpful and very polite. Organised through hotel a great full day Jeep safari Tiger Rhinoceros Sloth bears to name a few. The food was excellent and sunsets amazing

The bathroom could use a little facelift and the breakfast could be a bit more varied but apart from that everything was amazing.

The location is absolutely gorgeous. The place is authentic and very well run. The staff will make sure you have the most pleasant stay. Rarely found a place that had such a good value for money. Highly recommendable!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location makes it, as it is perched above the river with a high chance of seeing wildlife. There is a relatively local rhino that hangs out in the river, and sometimes you see crocodiles and more. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant food was, great, and the hosts were very kind and helpful.

Amazing location with view over the river! Very friendly staff, that is always ready to help. Good breakfast, but the other dishes in the restaurant were not that good and a bit overpriced compared to other restaurants in town. I read a lot of reviews that the rooms were not clean and old, so I had very low expectations. But our room was very clean and comfortable! Maybe it was because we booked a deluxe room. The bed maybe had its best time, but was still OK!

Beautiful location right on the river front- we saw a rhino during breakfast! Short walk into town, both along the river front or via the back streets. The rooms were comfy and big, and the staff was super friendly and accomodating. Great breakfast buffet daily. Would definitely recommend this place.

We asked for booking a bus ride from Chitwan to Pokhara. They booked us on a bus run by a company named Swift. It was a run down low quality bus with poor comfort. It was annoying to see other spanking new super comfortable buses plying on the same route for similar fares.

Great location, nice spacious well appointed room, good ambiance, superb riverside view, excellent restaurant. We saw a rhino on the river from the restaurant. All staff were helpful. In particular, they have a gem of a person taking care of guests in the restaurant, Mr. Sitaram, whose caring hospitality was truly extraordinary.

You need to understand that this is not a ...start hotel, this is like a local guest house - so do not expect too much. Restaurant needs to be improved that is for sure, otherwise they are loosing business to the high street places nearby, which are not great either.

Very peaceful, relaxing and soothing place situated directly on the river bank. Almost all rooms have amazing river views, also amazing views from the restaurant. When we checked in at about 15.00, we were told that rhino is walking around on the opposite site of the river. We went to see it and it was amazing. All staff are very nice and helpful. Manager is great and can solve any problems. Do not book any safari in advance - manager will sort you out there. We did canoe trip and then walking thru the forest, and then jeep safari. Canoe trip and hiking tour are highly recommended!!! Local guide Saru is amazing - just make sure you ask him, and he will show you rhinos at a close distance, crocodiles, etc. Thank you Saru very much!!! Jeep safari - hmmm... not great to be honest, you can do it to tick the box, but better to go hiking with Saru - 100%!

He seems to be there from sunrise to late evening. Good value rustic hotel. BTW: no sooner had I checked in, walked along the river and there was my first rhino 🦏 Would be difficult to find better location and value in Saurah

Fantastic location right on the riverbanks. The guy who runs the restaurant is super nice. On my last day, I was the only one in the restaurant around 9 am. He said, "Come quick!" We went out a back door from the hotel and there was a rhino right there just a few meters away! He comes to town regularly to eat grass and other stuff because he doesn't get chased away by other rhinos who are territorial. All the staff was really nice. I had a big problem with my booking through Agoda, yet the manager was really calm and cool through the whole ordeal. I was on the phone with Agoda customer service for over an hour, and he was really nice about it, trying to find my reservation in the Agoda system over and over again. It turned out that the agent in China who sold the room made a mistake, so it was no fault of this hotel. The hotel manager called a tuk-tuk to rush me to my plane as all this time on the phone with Agoda made me nearly miss my plane. I can't say enough good things about the staff and location of this hotel. Oh, and the breakfast is really nice too. Lots of great service with a smile.

The breakfast was disappointing. More fresh fruit would have been great. The quality of the internet was shotty...sometimes it worked fine, other times not.

The staff were outstanding. Very helpful for organizing activites for us. The location, right by the river, is exceptionnal as the rhinos, come very close. The room was comfortable as well.

Very good value for money. The resort has an amazing location in front of the river and at same time is just few minutes walking to the town of Sauraha, with all shops,restaurants and bars for going out evening time. The whole staff has been very welcoming and helpful, was taking care of me constantly during and also before my stay. They organised for me perfectly the free pickups to and from the Sauraha bus station and also my daily trips for good price, such jeep safari and walking tour, with tours guides very well prepared. Breakfast and restaurant service are also very good. The rooms are spacious and clean,with all conforts and a great river view.
