After two weeks in a camper van, this charming room with a comfortable bed allowed us to recharge before the long journey back to Poland. A beautiful, atmospheric building with many amenities, a very helpful owner (the possibility to leave our suitcases until the evening and freshen up before the flight), and a great area with plenty of restaurants.

Beautifully restored house with soul in the heart of Ponsonby district. Around full of atmospheric restaurants and pubs. Our flight back to Europe was very late at night. The owner, a very nice person, let us use the hotel until late evening. Thank you for your hospitality and nice stay :)

We had the most aazing room, overlooking the Skyline of Auchland, with the sunrise in the morning. Magic! Many cafés, Restaurants across the road. very convenient when you arrive jet-legged. Our Host was very sweet and helpful :)

We stayed in the penthouse, the views across Auckland towards the Skytower are incredible. Prego restaurant just down the road was a bonus, we ate there both nights.

No parking. The bed was very soft and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom products were mediocre.

Excellent location. Room was well appointed and very clean. The linen was good quality. The lady taking care of the property was very helpful.

Spotlessly clean everywhere and perfect location. Ponsonby is a great area for food, coffee, bars and small shops.

Had an issue with the aircondition in one room that wasn't really dealt with but we managed to use one controller in both rooms.

Loved our stay. Had two rooms one in the main house and one garden room. Love this neighborhood as well. Nice common garden and kitchen The beds were comfortable. The bunk beds not full length though.

There is no staff on site and communication was not easy. Questions sent through tge Booking app were answered fully and politely but with big time lags. There was no indication who to contact in case of an emergency. I did have the manager's phone number but was reluctant to call.

The place is sweet. Our little cottage was very quiet. The garden was beautiful and inviting. Having a shared kitchen was good though we did not use it, nor did we use much of the small kitchen in the cottage. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed the many dining options within walking distance and the historic, artsy look and feel.

Location and view from the room. The charm of the manor. The terrace of our room. Als the possibility to shower after checking out when flight leaves in the evening. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the street.

In a beautiful location with lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. There was a lovely garden to sit in and a great shared kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal if you wanted. There was also tea and coffee provided. The owner and house keeper were super friendly and helpful. It was very enjoyable stay.
