Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Attached restaurant had advertised opening time of 8am, but hardly any food available until 20 minutes later. Obviously not a problem if you had no time constraints but was disappointing as only had five minutes to eat in the end.
Good facilities, apart from the attached restaurant which did not "open" at the advertised time. Freezing cold pool was perfect for recovering from HB marathon!

Our beds were really uncomfortable and the pool was freezing.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating as we had a last minute change to our booking. The spa in our room was amazing. The location was perfect for the kids as the park was just across the road.

The indoor pool was 20 degrees so it was too cold to swim in winter, and the beds were uncomfortable, and heat pump was quiet noisy so I was keep waking up, the bathroom window was stuck so we couldn't shut the window.
The location is great, it's so convenient to walk around the city, it was quiet, parking was easy, and staff was kind.

Shower was a bit difficult to use- maybe instructions for the bath/ shower switch would help. Not a lot of light for lounge area but heaps for kitchen!

There's a sign outside that says heated pool but when we got inside the heated part at the pool is rubbed out and the it's very cold so I couldn't take my child for a swim.
Comfy bed, warm room, spacious and tidy.

Pool was closed for repairs. We were not told. Booking.com booked two rooms instead of one twin. Was lead to believe room would have sea views as per their advertising.

I didn't have a credit card on arrival, was picking it up in 2hrs time. Only my debit card. Had to pay a deposit. Can't pay deposit via eftpos, had to go get cash out. Eventually picked up a credit card and came back.

The parking. Unfortunately there was a conference on during our stay so there were lots of vehicles. On the last night we were forced to use one of the parks under the building, where we couldn't open our boot to put suitcases in the next day because of the low beams and then couldn't exit without backing out the length of the very tight carpark due to a Waste Management ute blocking the exit. I imagine it would be fine during lower occupancy times tho.
A little bit tired but very clean, fully functional and good value for the money. Not too far to walk to restaurants etc. We had a great dinner down the road at Lone Star watching the AB's game. Shower had great pressure and we liked that it wasn't a wet room situation, but you could still reach your towels from the shower.

The temperature of the pool was very cold, it was supposed to be about 20 degrees
The location of the room was excellent. I have mobility issues and Keri Anne was very helpful in arranging my room so I didn't need to use stairs .
