I didn't have any particular problems, but it is what you pay for, and it is cheap. Up quite a few steps from the road, and can be noisy.

It's a lovely old building, and has a good overall ethos, supporting backpackers, and providing options for breakfast. Free fruit grown on the property when available. People were apparently unusually quiet when I was there, which suited me, though I didn't actually meet anyone else and it was supposed to be a hub for people coming through.

Kitchen was disgusting - bugs everywhere attracted by rotten food left out on the side which no one had disposed of. Toilets and bathrooms were not nice either, in dire need of renovation and were not very hygienic. Parking was also very limited and luckily we secured a spot but it was hard to find the hostel from the road initially.

Very very cheap so you get what you pay for. Helpful staff members on reception during check in. Room was very spacious.

No lockers, room is open all the time, so literally anyone can get in (when I checked in, there was a girl in our room who I thought was staying there, but turned out she wasn't - I still don't know who she was!!!). Female dorm has large windows leading to the terrace, so don't try to change your clothes in there - anyone who's on the terrace can see you! Lots of noise and light from outside at nighttime - probably my biggest issue with this place. Couldn't sleep properly.

My second stay, this one was better than the previous one, even though I was again leaving too early to try their breakfast (which starts at 7 am). No bunk beds, nice sunny terrace to sit on. Free coffee and tea, kitchen is quite well equipped. Easy to socialise, there are many travellers.

We had a room in one of the cabins, and this specific cabin was quite old and messy. The shared toilet was very smelly and the kitchen was dirty and messy. The room we stayed in was decorated with very old furniture but it was clean and the bed was comfy. The overal feel of the room was pleasant. If you are a clean freak best not book here.

The palace has a crazy, magical and poetic feel. The main house is old and artistic, the garden is beautiful with cute corners and the lay on top of the hill is very scenic. The atmosphere is very exiting (when we were there it was bubbling with people and good vibes). Unique features can be found around every corner. If you are into old and colourful decor, this is a dream come true.

Great welcome from the man from Fuertaventura. He was lovely and showed us round. Our room was nice and easy for the car park. Bathrooms were close. Showers great. Loos good. Kitchen well equipped. Loads of space. Handy for everything in this area.

The couches on the balcony seemed as they were not washed in a long time, but it was cute anyway The utensils in the kitchen were not cleaned properly but it was easily fixable

A rather magical place - cheap as chips, an old ramshackle warren of a place but clean enough, shady verandahs, heaps of hangouts, huge kitchen, excellent location, supermarket very close, 2 mins walk to town.

I booked for one week and then extended it for one more week. The owner charged me 60 dollars more than expected. He promised me a long-term accommodation and later wanted me to leave the place, so he offered me a higher amount. When questioned, his response was arrogant, but after he reduced the amount. I had no option but to vacate immediately. Thankfully, due to a friend's help, I could find another accommodation instantly.

Good place, quiet and clam. The accommodation is not bad at all, but some rooms are very congested.
