the breakfast was so disappointing, I don't understand why is everybody here excited about it, only good part was fruit, coffee was terrible and food was just meh, pictures don't match reality - definitely not worth the money, like no way! room was quite small, so you don't really get a room to open your suitcase

The staff is really accommodating. The breakfast is good and the service is efficient. It's easy to walk in town. I'm glad we had a room in the back because the street is noisy.

The location was the best feature. All the main restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and either scarce parking spaces downtown it was a lifesaver. We spent most of our time in and around town so we came back only to sleep. It was nice enough for our purposes. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was good. Would definitely come back.

Bed was awful, no a/c and windows that don’t open but 3 inches. Room was in poor condition.

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Restaurant on site for breakfast. staff and breakfast was really great.

We got a room without window for the first of three nights (hotel was fully booked). A number of rooms are located on the street side (some loud trucks even at night), some are to the rear (which is quiet). Room doors are light, so sound of reception phone ringing, guest talking in the hall, alarm clocks, etc. comes through the doors into the room. Compared to other hotels the room rate (carnival weekend) is considered too high for to the standards offered.

Bed was a bit too hard for us and sank in the middle, also a larger blanket, but that's our preference. There are a few noisy dogs but nothing hotel can do about that, just be aware anytime any local takes their dog for a walk it sets them all off. When asked to clean shower head done that day.

Location was good, 5min walk from town, uphill back but easy going. Breakfast was nice for the couple of days we were there, fresh fruit and eggs and toast, any longer may have become a bit repetitive. Good WiFi. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and airy public areas to sit and have breakfast or just relax.

The building is between the main street and another street, rooms are loud, there is no view at all, you do not have a garden. You have to leave the place to enjoy Boquete and the landscape.

We got a room where the Windows couldn't open up. There are rooms where the Windows can be opened but just make sure you get one of those if you want that Small rooms.

Very clean place. Their breakfast is the best we had in 12 different hotels the last 3 weeks in Costa Rica and Panama. Their omelette and their pancakes are outstandingly top-class. The receptionist Angel was so nice, professional and service-minded. We must have annoyed him with all our thousands of questions, but he always had a smile on his face and did his best to help us out in every way. Nothing seemed to be a problem for him.
