Relaxed staff from booking changes, check in to bag storage, laundry service etc. Great cafe/dining area staff good and food alike. Neighborhood is high end residential with lots of parks, good for walking around and lots of boutique shops and restaurants. A good location and a taxi/upber gets you easily to anywhere in the city.

There is no coffee, tea, or hot water for drinking in the rooms. You had to ask for it.

Shower pressure was lacking and shower head was clogged. A fan would have been a nice touch. I don't understand why each room is not equipped with an iron and ironing board. Pillows were hard and high, straining one's sleep.

It didnt have tea, coffee, coffee pot and refrigerator. I used it for work all day and a small fridge would have been handy.

They should repair the shower faucet to make it possible to have a nice shower. It’s either freezing or burning, no in between. I finally managed to tame the faucet by opening full hot on the sink, and managed to get lukewarm waters by the drop

Hotel was clean but my room had lots of scuff marks on the walls. Felt like it needed a bit of a deep clean.

The location is incredible. You are in a safe area with amazing stores and restaurants. Couldn’t be better. Oh and the cafe is incredible. A great place for a solo female traveler.

Good walking distance to Miraflores. Plenty of restaurants around. Kettle provided when asked for. Breakfast good value for money.

There was a weird smell in the room and the flush didn’t work we had to pull the ring manually! No one checked on us to fix it or change the room

The bathroom door did not work/close and the shower has no curtain or door so the water gets on the bathroom floor and partially into the bedroom.

Great location and has a nice cafe in the hotel. There is a receptionist available 24 hours, perfect for us since we came from a delayed flight at 1 a.m. The hotel also has art from local artists that you can purchase, loved the display.

It’s a beautiful property. My wife and daughter check in earlier and I arrived late in the evening. After I reached the room we had a room with two single beds which obviously doesn’t fit for 3 people. I checked with the front desk and told me I was wrong. After waiting for 30 min I was tired after a long flight. Eventually they told me I was right so we got an extra room. That was the only issue we had. Overall great hotel with awesome restaurant on site.

The adjoining room was only separated through a very thin door. This resulted in hearing everything that happened in the other room, including the television sound. This was quite anoying actually. Perhaps it was just the room i got.

Very comfortable room, very clean. Nice staff, nice hotel. Location is great! A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall very good for a short stay. Would stay here again.

Perfect location for my stay and very friendly staff. The hotel is basic but very comfortable and super clean, with very efficient services (laundry). There is a restaurant downstairs, which is actually a separate business, so you have to pay as you go, rather than put meals on your room bill. Not a big issue. And the staff there were also super friendly and very efficient - and the food was great!

Excellent location. Close to many different restaurants. The staff was great. The beds were on the smaller side but overall, still comfy. I would stay here again. It is about 30-40 minutes from the airport, but it goes by very quickly.
