We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The receptionists were very helpful and will help You to solve any issue. They will also prepare You some snack if You have an excursion and need to leave early in the morning. The bed is very comfortable.

United StatesThe hotel is very loud. There are small rubber stickers that can be applied to doorframes to decrease the noise of doors opening and closing. The hot water sometimes worked and sometimes did not m, but I experienced the same problem at another hotel. The WiFi was also something not working well.
Breakfast was ok, but it would have been better with eggs and potatoes.

The property is located about a 4 minute walk from the main square so practically in the centre of the city, has to be one of cleanest and comfortable properties I have ever stayed in, quiet, modern and so comfortable. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming, the Manager is also welcoming and approachable willing to assist with any questions or concerns, an absolute credit to the business. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay while in Cusco, A++++++++++++++

United KingdomIt's very loud if someone else in the building is making noise - it's an echo chamber. The staff play tiktok videos and shows very loudly which can be annoying as you can hear it in your room. Would be good if noise levels were managed by the staff better.
Lovely big rooms & bathrooms. Staff super helpful. Breakfast was good.
