The hospitality of the staffs. The clealiness and warmth of the room. We have to leave like 4am for our tour. They packed breakfast for all of us. That was so impressive.

Just a beautifull quite place with Nice rooms, hot water, heating at night, Nice buffet breakfast, near the centre. Good wifi, near by there is a place to park your car for the night for 10soles.

They had an outdoor heat lamp in the room for heat at night…we kept it on while we sleep with the balcony door cracked open….it was fine.

If you like to dive in with the local culture and away from the touristy areas this is it! Lovely courtyard. Our family of 7 with 2 kids stayed at the suite in the back with 5 beds, high ceiling and windows and a balcony! Breakfast was great with eggs and fresh fruits!

It’s a nice older building with a walk around courtyard. It’s close to Sam Pedro market. It’s a good 10-15 min walk to the main tourist area which is nice to digest after eating.

Unfortunately they have a different exchange rate in the hotel to the real world, so in the end we paid more than it was supposed to be. But like 30 dollars more.

Staff is great and was so helpful. Great customer service, which seems to be lacking in most places here. They were so good with our requests and honestly felt sad to leave. Best sleep we had in Peru and glad we chose this place. Experience wouldn’t be the same if the girls didn’t help us out with the room and wifi. Because of them, it was great.

When we came to pay neither card machine would accept either of my cards. This meant going to an ATM which had a limit on the amount you could withdraw per transaction. I had to make three separate withdrawals to get the amount needed. I was charged per withdrawal so charged three times meaning I paid over £20 in Peruvian bank withdrawal fees!

The location was really good, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was a good size.

Heater didn’t work until our final night but it was fine because they provided extra comforters.

The rooms were very spacious. They provided a nice and comfortable crib for our toddler (with a nightly fee).

WiFi is not very good; Sometimes there is no hot water in the evening, but just need to talk with staff.

We had an amazing time at Usgar San Pedro Boutique l. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean! The staff is very helpful and were even willing to provide a lunch box for our day tours at no extra cost!

The location was great, it was about 7 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas and 2 minutes to San pedro market. The breakfast was really good and nutritious, there was good variety of foods. The staff was helpful and super friendly, though we could not always understand each other. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the little courtyard was really beautiful. You could also book your tours with them directly!

It is really near to the Plaza the Armas and San Pedro market. The breakfast is really nice and nutritious, good variety of food. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Place is quiet even though its in the middle of the city, nice little courtyard where you can hang around.

Breakfast, should improve. WIFI, sucks., although staff were attentive to help. Water Heater is not available all day. You must need to call to get starter in the room. Hotel looks cosy location is not best in term of distance to Plaza Armas .

Could have been a much better room with a few simple changes. Somewhere to put clothes, a bedside table for the upstairs bed, some hooks.

The room we had contained three beds across two floors, lots of space. Good value, breakfast was ok, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well, I think that's a Cusco thing, nothing is sound proof, I could hear every door being opened or closed, people walking on the hallway. Two of my friends were in rooms facing the street and they complained about the noise from the street.

This hotel is so cute. The staff was great, we even requested to stay one more night and they were able to help us. We got there back from the Inca Trail and the Laundry service was of great help. We had a late flight back to Lima, and they provided us options for late check out. They offered us a breakfast box if we had an early tour, but I actually forgot to notice them. Clean room and bathroom. Very close to downtown, lots of pharmacies and convenient stores right on the same street. Coca and muña tea available all time. Nice little Caffè at the hotel.

No conditioner, provided small heater as the room one wasn’t working. No cold water during the day, however can quickly call and they put on the hot water so that wasn’t too much of a big issue. Breakfast options weren’t that great, no eggs.

Breakfast was a little confusing, the first morning we couldn’t eat breakfast, we had early tour, I saw some reviews saying they offered a box to take on the morning tours but the guy in the reception didn’t say anything to us, the second morning I went for breakfast and it was nice, I was alone in the room, no other guests were there, just the staff, I was thinking it would be nice to have some eggs but not complains, they had pretty good breakfast, the third morning I went with my son and I was thinking the same…. This breakfast just needed some eggs and it would be perfect …Anyway we were just the 2 of us and the staff, they asked about the room number and that’s all, THEN a family came for breakfast and the first thing they offered were eggs!!! Like really?!!!! I was so disappointed, why they didn’t mention it to us? So… make sure you ask for eggs if you want lol.

Hotel is cozy and beautiful, location was a little bit farther away from plaza de armas but nothing crazy.
