The central staircase meant you can hear most people walking and talking when getting to their rooms. Perhaps the staff need to be more proactive to remind guests to be considerate to other guests when leaving the property at 4Am!!

I traveled with my grown daughter. We both stayed in single rooms on the main floor which worked out great. The rooms were very adequate, but they could use a facelift. Don't select this hotel if you are looking for a 5 star option; however, if you can look past some of the cosmetic items, the value is excellent.

The customer service from the staff was superb. The outdoor terrace on the main level offered stunning views of the city. The property was within walking distance of the Historic Center (granted, coming back was all uphill) which provided great convenience. The breakfast, while limited in scope, was very good. We felt very safe and secure at the property.

Exceptional customer service. The rooms are clean. The beds are nice. The breakfast is excellent. Truly excellent! They put little hot pads in your bed at night to warm them up. The bathroom is immaculate. The cleaning and room services perfect they have a little bar. They have a coffee shop. The views are spectacular.

The hotel did not provide filtered drinking water, also not during breakfast (only hot water). It’s pretty normal in all Hotels I’ve stayed in Peru, so this surprised me. Good breakfast buffet but not too many veggie options - if you’re vegan like me then you can have some fruits and cereals and they organized almond milk on request. The only thing they didn’t have were any gluten free bread options. However, the cereals did not contain any gluten which was great. Tip for the hotel: it’s very easy to find gluten free crackers (“Sanissimo Salmas”) in Cusco’s supermarkets that would make your gluten free guests very happy 😉

Beautiful Hotel in San Blas with amazing views of Cusco and a beautiful garden with several seating options and a bar. The whole staff was very kind but Evelyn was of special help - thank you!! Very responsive via the booking.com chat, much appreciated and very helpful! Every evening the staff makes sure to turn on the heaters in the rooms and put a warming bottle in each bed - we loved that as it gets quite fresh at night in Cusco and it’s such an outstanding gesture! We highly recommend this hotel for everyone who is good at walking (note that this hotel is almost on top of the hill and it’s quite a walk and quite some stairs to get there from the center). Taxis make it into the street and will leave you just at the door of the hotel. However, bigger Vans cannot enter and will pick you up / drop you off a few streets down.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the San Blas neighborhood! It has a gorgeous terrace that has a phenomenal view of the entire city and a bar as well. The hotel was clean and very comfortable! Staff were very helpful with all needs. We loved that they put hot water bottles under the covers to make it warm for bed! Delicious warm breakfast with lots of fruits and veggies.

Beautiful position (rooms with balcony have a great sight of Cusco) and is totally away from crowd. Be aware that first days in Cusco are really demanding about "breathing" (is above 3.400m high) and walking uphill to hotel from main square require some "breaks" till body get used to low oxygen.

Nothing it’s brilliant

The property is absolutely beautiful and very well kept it’s like a family looking after you. The breakfast was amazing, such lovely little touches like leaving a hot water bottle under your blanket at night. The massages were amazing and the staff can’t do enough. We loved it so much we cancelled our hotel when we’re next back in Cusco and rebooked to stay here!

Attention. It was our honeymoon, we got married there and even though they were aware of it, didn’t do the tiniest detail. Only when we got back 4 days later, they tried to make up by giving us two huge chocolate cakes knowing that that day we were very stomach ill due to food poisoning. Rather funny now and to realize how sometimes attention to detail is zero.

Location. Massage ladies are great! Highly recommended. Breakfast and views.

Room can be noisy, specially if you are close to the reception. But the staff is doing everything to make your stay better. The hotel is located in the upper part of the city. It can be difficult to access for some people because of the altitude and quiet far from downtown.

Amazing view from the room. The staff was lovely and helpful for anything, for example they kept our luggages. Breakfast included was fantastic, handmade bread and cakes! Cocktails delicious too with an incredible view of the city. Location was great for us after few days in Cusco, it’s in the local area, more authentic.

Love thr balcony and rooftop garden veiw. Some rooms have private balconies! Staff (especially Edison) were fabulous location perfect. Close to saqsaywaman and plaza de Armas.

The rooms wernt soundproof so you could hear everyone going to bed and getting up. Nothing a pair of ear plugs can't solve.

The staff were the friendliest we have come across - nothing was too much trouble. We left for a night in Machu Pichu and they stored our luggage for us until we returned. They arranged all our taxis. Can't recommend enough.

The staff at the hotel are so caring and helpful, they made us feel very welcome, and helped out with everything we asked, even providing us with some true local knowledge of the Inca history and culture. The location of the hotel is awesome, and the garden is a great place for breakfast and also to relax in the evening

Doesn't have an elevator and depending on which floor your room is, it can be a little inconvenient (especially when you are suffering the effects of high altitude)

The view of this hotel is beautiful. If you want to stay in a quiet area of San Blas, this is a good choice. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was kind.

A little removed from the center area (but that’s also what we liked)….

By far, the best hotel that we’ve stayed at throughout Peru! Hotel sits atop Cusco (so there is a little bit of a hike to main plaza area) but come night time, the peaceful quiet and beautiful overviews of the city were perfect. Staff extremely attentive, English speaking and offered recommendations for our stay. Laundry service available, happy hour drinks, breakfast every morning. No elevator - so not handicap accessible. We took advantage of the massage services - great addition to our stay.

We loved our stay here. The staff were exceptional- they were so friendly and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself had incredible views of Cusco and was located in a lovely neighbourhood with great bars and restaurants. The breakfast was also lovely and we loved the eggs made to order each morning
