This is a fairly rustic area in the mountains so don’t expect 5 star. Therefore, this place is fantastic value for money in the circumstances. Nicely laid out property, thoughtful touches with areas to sit. Basic room, cold but you can pay a bit extra for a heater to get over that problem. The overall message is, this place is fantastic value - a fairly basic stay but a lot better than you would expect for the price.

Very well positioned , close to the major plaza. Amazing breakfast. Staff very friendly and available for any request. Great ratio quality price. Perfect for one night in Chivay.

Stayed there for 2 nights,NO hot water both days,thank goodness we could shower @ hot springs!The rooms were not sound proof at all ,you could hear everything!

Payment was only possible in cash and after 9pm, one has to ring the door bell to get inside which is quite loud in the other rooms, the shower was cold in the evening, the TV didn't work

The staf made hot breakfast at 5.30am as I had to get an early bus. Basic room but hot water shower, friendly staff, 5 min walk into town and an amazing breakfast at 5.30.

There is not a good sound insulation to the hallway and neighboring rooms Curtains to the hallway are somewhat transparent if the light is on, so you may want to change in the bathroom Water in the shower could be hotter and with more pressure

The indoor common area was not the most usable. The kitchen was less than desirable, and we only used it to boil water.

The breakfast was incredible. They were very flexible with check out time as we were at Cruz del Condor in the early morning, but had to leave half our team back sick. The owner suggested a great buffet in town for lunch.

When we get there, the hotel was under renovation so they transfer us to another structure. The Rumi Wasi's owner was very kind and she made sure that the other structure charged the same price.
