The staff was amazing! The front desk staff, food staff and pool/beach staff were all so welcoming and helpful. And the little extra welcoming touches throughout the week were a pleasant surprise. The grounds were gorgeous and the pool and beachfront were awesome. Complimentary kayak, SUP and snorkel gear was the bonus cherry on top! The rooms were beautiful (our group had 4 beach front bungalows and 2 garden rooms and all of them were great). The breakfast buffet was great and the lunch food by the pool had a nice variety. The pearl shop in house as great! Tahitian Dance Show on site. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in town. Albert's across the street is super convenient if you want to rent a car or book an excursion.

A few of the restaurant staff could have been friendlier.

We loved the over water bungalow. The glass in the floor made for great "fish TV". Snorkeling off the public dock area was amazing. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Proximity to the grocery store was very useful. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained and beautiful. Dinah, the concierge, was very helpful in organizing a tour and our transport to the ferry. We were able to have an early check in which was appreciated.

Only 2 thing I wasn't a fan of: 1. Luggage storage is out in the lobby, not behind a closed door. Maybe theft isn't an issue there but I felt nervous about leaving my stuff out where someone could easily walk up and take it. 2. I didn't find the dinner very good. I had tagliatelle and it was very underwhelming.

The overwater bungalows are breathtakingly beautiful. The resort offers free snorkel gear, paddleboards, and other things I didn't use - which are awesome to have access to and easy to take advantage of. There are some good spots to eat and a grocery store close by. The check in process was smooth and they did a lot to welcome me. Overall though I would absolutely recommend staying here and I'm really glad I went for the overwater bungalow because it was uniquely breathtaking. It was clean, had AC, and all the nice amenities I'd expect at a high quality resort.

Restaurant staff are a disaster - unfriendly and appeared lazy. Breakfast was poor, only slightly improved after requesting fresh bread. Unable to reserve a table in restaurant for show evening. We were told at lunch time it was not an issue - on the evening we had to stand in line for 45 minutes to end up with a table in the third row. This is not what we expected from such an expensive hotel. The restaurant manager was absent from any issues.

The appearance is fantastic. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Our overwater bungalow was just how we had hoped it would be.

Due to the tropical rains Moorea receives, every part of the island will have downed palm leaves and debris scattered. The resort is on top of their landscaping which sometimes means in very early morning hours. I stayed on the hotel side of the resort and was awakened by the landscapers/gardeners almost daily due to the night rains.

Reception was very helpful, esp. the reception manager Vanessa. They helped with various needs and questions throughout my stay. The resort itself was located in a great spot on the island that's within a reasonable distance to the ferry port in combination to all the sights on the north side. The buffet breakfast had a nice spread including made to order omelettes with a great view of the bungalows and pool side deck. A/C worked non-stop during my stay. Wifi speeds were more than adequate in comparison to what other past reviewers have mentioned. Also worth pointing out that the resort has several activities you can participate in daily listed on a daily guide include outdoor fun such as using kayaks, snorkel gear, bike paddle boards, all inclusive.

Premium over the water bungalow for 40th anniversary trip. Accommodations were amazing and helped create a memorable magical week. Excellent service. Personable Staff was warm and attentive and went out of their way to do nice things for us. On site restaurant was very good and happy hour each afternoon was a nice way to finish up the day. We loved this place and highly recommend it. Lovely facilities, helpful staff and plenty of amenities.
