We were staying on the city side and the noise from the construction work of the building next door went well into the night. A smart TV in the room would have been good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and food quality was good. Beautiful views across the water from the gym, pool and restaurant. For the price, it was a lovely place to stay

The shore water was full of algae so it was difficult to want to swim in it.

The staff were hospitable and friendly. We were booked in during a Screening Saturday so there was enough activities in the resort to do.

The only take out on the beach is that there was a lot of stone and the seaweeds are everywhere. Also the giant construction next to the hotel is taking away the serene environment of the hotel.

Breakfast was good and very inviting. The room was convenient and comfy and the beach had an awesome set up, decorated well and access was well thought off. The beach look was really beautiful.

Paid to Upgrade to a balcony room but the door was bolted locked & the air conditioning unit takes up the whole balcony & drips all over it anyway. No chance of sitting on it even if I could get the door open!!

The best part was, when you walk out the back door, you're at the pool and restaurant. But right on the other side of the pool, was the nice beach area, And the service was excellent.

The soundproofing in the bedrooms could use improvement. You can hear the doorbells of the other rooms, and the music from the bar or movie night at the beach can be heard from the room. The beach was subpar. The sand is apparently just dolomite and the beach wasn't too impressive as it was filled with a lot of trash, mossy stones and ropes. They also don't seem to segregate room towels from beach/pool towels, so if you're fussy about what touches your face/body, it might be better to pack your own towel.

We stayed a week. Breakfast was good. The restaurant had a lot of good food options. The rooms were good, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was available daily and they can provide tours in the nearby islands.

They only had 1 restaurant option at the hotel.While breakfast buffet was excellent, the wait time for food to come for dinner was very long. Wait staff was nice, but we waited over 1 hour for our dinner to be served, but it may be because it was a holiday. Also, the floating playground on the water was fun for the kids, but we felt sorry for the lifeguard. We wish they had a shaded booth for the lifeguard to wait under since the lifeguards are standing there all day to help the guests, and there is no natural shade at all to stand or sit at in that area. I hope management will be kind to the lifeguards who were very kind to the guests.

Rooms and amenities available at hotel were great. The billiards tables, gym and floating playground were great amenities at the hotel. Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The New Year's Eve celebration and fireworks were great!

Transport isn't good. For finding taxi, we were waiting in front of the hotel.

Buffet breakfast, comfortable room, nice beach. We are very satisfied specially with the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful. At night, DJ is exceptional at Lounge.

As this is a resort you don't have much choice as of where to go for dinner so we went to the hotel restaurant, you'd think as this is the only restaurant serving a huge hotel it would be well manned, however it was not, the staff at the restaurant were incredibly slow to bring menus and take orders for drinks & food, almost an inconvenience that we had chosen to eat and drink there. The 'sandy' beach is more like gravel. The pool is nice but there's only around 12 sun beds for the entire hotel which were all taken.

The resort is nice, clearly setup for big weddings / events. The breakfast was ok with a rather select range of foods to chose from. The room was big with two queen sized beds. The pool area was nice and the deck bar was a good spot for an evening drink.

internet is slow, on and off. The road outside of hotel is bumpy and no pedestrian area, but the road was fixing in the day when we left, probably it will become more comfortable.

The beach could be cleaned from seagrass and major stones, making it more popular to be there instead of the playing ground at the end of the pier. The hotel is a bit away from shopping etc.

The staff was very polite. Food was OK but not exceptional. Pool and beach activities better than expected.
