The stairs were steep on the third floor. It is recommended to stay on the second or first floors when you are traveling with kids or senior citizens.

El Puerto is close to the beach and good restaurants. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The property is well maintained, and our room was clean and smelled good. We liked the place because it was quiet during the nights.

Its in Station 1, but very convenient because near the floating bridge where boats for activities are located. Also, it’s really a plus to have a very friendly and approachable staff!! 👌🏻

The staff had to fix these things below that will benefit the next customer and they did it quickly and elegantly, nothing really to complain about: * New shower hose * The door lock unfortunately went back and a new lock bolt had to be ordered from Manila but we got a better room * A loud fan in the neighboring property started at 07:30 but we got the neighbor to start it after breakfast instead. * A rubber squeegee type window scraper is needed for some of the bathrooms to remove shower water from the bathroom floor into the floor drain

Expanding the breakfast with espresso coffee and caffe latte would be great, as well as more types of juice to choose from for breakfast and jam for the bread.

There are a lot of ants, plus the room has a musty smell since umuulan that time. Meron din konting water sa floor, not sure kung saan galing. So we have to request for more towels since may toddler kami kasama and baka madulas. So, I feel like ang binabayaran namin tlga is just location, staff, and breakfast food.

The staff were friendly and nice plus the location is really close to the beach. Love the breakfast, super sulit! Smart TV!

No lift is available you need to carry your luggage in your room though they are willing to help you. But sometimes if you are tired from going to the beach you need to use the stairs to go up no other option.

Breakfast is delicious There are many options to choose from their menu. The location has easy access to the beach. The staff is very accommodating and friendly if you need their assistance willing to help and easy to approach.

Bathroom needs improvement. Nothing stops the water flooding the whole bathroom, and if you open the door the water go outside of the room.

lots of black ants in our first room, we were move to another room, still theres black ants but not as bad as the first one but the staff were very accomodating anout our concerns

There are so many ants and bugs, to be specific, mosquitoes. Even though I sprayed off the spray, I still have mosquito bites, so as for my son, I am glad I brought the repellent eucalyptus, and it helped to kill the ants and mosquitoes that managed to enter our room.

The fact it is right in front of the beach is a plus and the staff is really friendly as well..

We experienced water interruptions on our first night, but staff tried to solve our problem to the best of their abilities. Towels are not as absorbent. The bathroom's door is almost see-through, so hopefully management can address it. :)

Location is very good; there's immediate access to the beachfront! Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space in the balcony to dry our clothes.

The place doesnt have elevator and we were on the 3rd floor with a 1yo and a 70yo.
