The room is average. But at least the toilet is more decent. When you showered the toilet bowl is already wet and the whole toilet. Hoping toilet and shower should have separator

The very little comfort room not separated with showercurtain or so. I don't like to walk on wet floor! (dangerous ) The Restaurant. has very ,very limited menue choices. And like often in the Philippines , this and that is not available!

The cute little 2 bed room. The Lobby is very specious and good art decorated. The surrounding is very " green"with even pine threes.

The air conditioner could not be controlled by the guests therefore the room was very warm.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean.

The bathroom/toilet. Too small that the whole toilet got wet when you took a shower, including the trash can. The drainage stank during the shower and because the trash can was continuously getting wet. The concept if minimizing the toilet space to make more room for the bedroom just did not work.

Staff at the hotel and restaurants were very, very friendly & quite professional. The overall concept of the place was promising.

The sheets were reeking with mold. I understand it has been raining for days, but my room sheets at home smelled better than the ones in room 216. Key card couldn't even open my room door that I had to awlays be assisted. The room showed terrible signs of mold on the walls and sheets that it was difficult to sleep at night. I checked out immediately the next day because the room had an unbearable smell of mold even the floor was slimy as if sweating water.

the room are small, no signal of cable tv, very small bathroom, the room has lot of insects,

The layout of the bathroom is weird , no partition on shower and toilet and the towel rack is just beside the shower which resulted to wet towel. No hair dryer.The door in the room doesn’t close because the door don’t match the frame.terrace railing is rusty.

there were no signages to the rooms. first aid like paracetamol was not available. the toilet and bathroom was terrible. too small! no hairdryers.

The lights on the hallway were turned off during early morning. It was really dark. Some of the door knobs in cr's were broken. Very weak internet signal and no available warm water during the evening.

For its price, I think it is expensive. The room is small, not that clean especially in the bathroom, no electric kettle, no mugs. no sleepers. WIFI reception is intermittent. For its worth, we can find a better deal somewhere else

The receptionist does not answer calls. They will just dump you to a room without checking the details of the reservation. Gives you card keys to find out someone else is using that room. Had trust issues after that. Asked for the manager, but no one talked to us after the incident. Seems most areas are under renovation. Very untidy outdoor. Pool, too cold to swim. A bit small. No options to heat your food, no complete toiletries though you can buy from front desk.

Not crowded when we went there. It is also near to the restaurants. We asked for extra plates and utensils, and they gave it without an extra charge. Can be instagrammable, but you really need to find a spot.

well call the front desk so many time to fix our hearer however there's no one fixed it . the per hotel is not even operating .
