Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The cute little 2 bed room. The Lobby is very specious and good art decorated. The surrounding is very " green"with even pine threes.

United Arab EmiratesThe bathroom/toilet. Too small that the whole toilet got wet when you took a shower, including the trash can. The drainage stank during the shower and because the trash can was continuously getting wet. The concept if minimizing the toilet space to make more room for the bedroom just did not work.
Staff at the hotel and restaurants were very, very friendly & quite professional. The overall concept of the place was promising.

PhilippinesThe sheets were reeking with mold. I understand it has been raining for days, but my room sheets at home smelled better than the ones in room 216. Key card couldn't even open my room door that I had to awlays be assisted. The room showed terrible signs of mold on the walls and sheets that it was difficult to sleep at night. I checked out immediately the next day because the room had an unbearable smell of mold even the floor was slimy as if sweating water.

PhilippinesThe receptionist does not answer calls. They will just dump you to a room without checking the details of the reservation. Gives you card keys to find out someone else is using that room. Had trust issues after that. Asked for the manager, but no one talked to us after the incident. Seems most areas are under renovation. Very untidy outdoor. Pool, too cold to swim. A bit small. No options to heat your food, no complete toiletries though you can buy from front desk.
Not crowded when we went there. It is also near to the restaurants. We asked for extra plates and utensils, and they gave it without an extra charge. Can be instagrammable, but you really need to find a spot.
