Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandIt was noisy throughout the stay, which is expected. If yoh are a light sleeper, this place may not be suitable. The chicken noises can be heard throughout the day and night. The host was cold at times. Our water stopped working 2 out of the 4 night. Which is to be expected again. But when we reported it to him. He just didn't seem bothered. We asked him to help us again an hour later. He came up and got annoyed at us.
The yurt was so dreamy. It was just a very well decorated room. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Great amenities in the room.

AustraliaStruggled with water pressure and access to water - which was quick to be resolved and attended to. The hot water system is IN the shower (in the western world this is not common, so be careful not to get water on the power point).
The bed, the staff, the ongoing assistance, location, ease of access to food, water, transport, airport shuttle & communication to the reception. The team are beautiful, helpful and very quick to respond. Very helpful and help for things in the area. The owner is in the midst of building an area for breakfast. The current breakfast is also very good! I felt safe staying here as a solo traveller

United KingdomRoosters early in the morning are loud. That's pretty normal in the Philippines anyway.

KuwaitIt was a great experience for me at this place. I love to thank the owner, staff and Ms. Suzanne. I booked my tours with Ms. Suzanne. And I tried the ice bath and it is worth to do it. If I’m not wrong there’s discount for guest house. The food was delicious.

AustraliaLocation whilst amazing as it’s central not ideal for a yurt (in my opinion), think it would do better to be further out, off the Main Street. The incessant crowing of the rooster from 4am onwards was not ideal (however ear plugs are provided which were helpful). Whilst not required didn’t love that the room wasn’t cleaned daily - at least the bathroom bin would’ve been appreciated!
Room and location were great! Staff amazing - very friendly and helpful! Overall no real complaints about the stay just personal preference / peeves.

DenmarkIt's a nice experience to sleep in a tent! There are massage places and restaurants nearby. Susan is very helpful and the breakfast is fresh and tasty ☺️ I encountered ants, a spider and a big cockroach tho. But remember you are sleeping in a tent!

United KingdomEverything was perfect for us thank you.
The yurt was a great size and air conditioned well with a shower and toilet attached. The bed was large and so comfortable. The people there were lovely and so helpful. Especially Susan and the 2 girls in the reception area. The ice bath was great and you could do yoga too. There was fresh water and coffee to drink at reception and they were very happy to fill our water bottles. Susan organised a full day and half day boat tour for us and both were so good. The breakfast was amazing. Always freshly cooked and changed daily. We had omelette, scrambled egg, mango rice, fruit and homemade pitta. Just delicious. It was easy to walk into the town and the food near the Yurts was amazing too. I would happily stay there again. Thank you so much.

United KingdomNothing really, maybe bathroom needs a little more cleaning, especially sink.
Yurts are much bigger in reality than on the photos and that was a nice surprise. Comfy big bed, private bathroom with hot water, clean room and really good AC. Great value for money.

United KingdomThis isn't just the Nomad yurts, it seems to be a Philippines thing - water pressure in the showers is dreadful! One minute you're having a decent shower, the next, there's literally no water. We got used to it in the end.
The yurts are adorable - really beautifully decorated and furnished. The best air con we had in the Philippines - cool and so quiet! The yurts all have beautiful scented products in, so they smell amazing and there were some local soaps for us to use which was lovely. The staff are so lovely - I was unwell and they went out of my way to help us get medication and make me feel better. Super comfy bed - I'd recommend ear plugs though - this isn't a reflection on the yurts, it seems everywhere in the Philippines has thousands of cockerels that crow ALL DAY (and night!) long! The yurts are just outside of the main town, you can walk into the town, which take around 10-15 minutes, or you can get a tuktuk for around 50 pesos. Nice coffee shops and restaurants not too far away.

Susan, Giselle, and Cristine were amazing! They help us with everything, from booking tours, making great suggestions where to eat, and what to avoid. While we where away at EL Nido and Daracotan Island, they stay with our bags, and made sure everything went smoothly. They have great energy and are dedicated on giving you a great experience. They also offer Ice bath and Yoga classes. That was a huge plus.

PhilippinesAhh, there were only 3 things that I didn't like. One, the issue I had was the water interruption. There was no water at some time during the day. Second, in getting drinking water late at night, I couldn't get more water as their reception was closed where the water dispenser was. And it was so late that I didn't want to walk outside and buy from a store. Lastly, there's a moon window at the center top of the tent, which was honestly a nice touch, so during daytime, the room would be very bright as natural light sips in the room, however, I am the type of person who prefers to sleep in a dark shut room, so good thing I always bring with me my eye mask so it helps me sleep better if the surrounding was bright. I wish there could've been a way to somehow cover it up during the day because at night, it's really okay. :) It was just too bright during the day.
I absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so accommodating. Thank you so much to Susan, she was incredibly nice and hospitable. This is a kind of person that you'd need in hospitality. I scraped my knee when I arrived coz I lost balance in carrying my heavy bag but then she offered me first aid and what I needed along with the other staff so it was really appreciated. I booked all my tours with her through her own travel agency, SunZu Tours and Travels. It was conveniently just in front Nomad Yurts. Also the motorcycle. She gave me good discounts which was awesome! :) I met the host as well, who was also accommodating. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and the tent that I was assigned was still occupied. While waiting I was offered a very good Vietnamese coffee so I loved that as I do love a good brewed coffee. I was eventually accommodated in another room so I could rest. So I honestly appreciate their services. As soon as I stepped into the tent, it was super nice. Felt like I was transported to another country. :) Love the interiors. Most of all, the bed, oh, it was so comfy! I slept immediately as I was so tired and sleepy from an early flight. Love how spacious the tent is too. The bathroom was decent as well. My only regret is that I stayed only 1 night, I wish I could've stayed longer.
