The garden space is beautiful and relaxing. I stayed in the summer house; the room was a good size and had its own balcony, perfect for enjoying coffee or just relaxing. There are multiple swimming pools, but they could use some updating. Only few minutes to walk to the beach theres a restaurant and live music at night connected to the hotel not sure if its owne by the hotel.

I was allocated a room on the ground floor, it was not prepared properly, there wS no top bed it was noisy eRly morning also some scratching noise along the wall. However the room was spacious..

I like the nature's surrounding areas the plants, the trees swimming g pool. It's very comfortable and relaxing. Environment.

I just hope they will add a little dining table and chairs in the premier wing room as it was a struggle for us to have a coffee in the morning.

The room we had was just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The location of our room is also good as it was near the shops and restaurants outside the facility.

Booking through booking.com made it look like breakfast was included for all our party but upon arrival it was brought to our attention that the hotel's Ts and Cs state the promo rate is only for 2 of the room's occupants. That was disappointing and so we had to alternate our breakfasts between ourselves and the kids as it was very expensive to pay the extra. This should be clear on booking.com instead of saying *breakfast included* Secondly lots and lots of ants in the room.

The pools were great and my kids loved these the most. The lifeguards were extra vigilant and even checked the age of my eldest who really wanted to go on but was just under 12 and they didn't allow her. Beach is great and has a lifeguard too. Breakfast was OK. Staff were helpful and kind to the kids especially. The band and fire show were another highlight for us.

Some guests are too noisy even at 1 a.m,you could hear them shouting from the hall way, maybe a quiet hours to be implemented would be really great.

The security, we were charged for the drinks inside the refrigerator that we never even touch during the whole stay. Rooms are not sound proof, we hear everyone who’se talking outside our room.

The pool is nice, there are 4 pools that you can explore during the stay.

At 9.30am the reduced area for continental style breakfast (rest is Asian which is ok and understandable) is practically finished… you need to ask for it otherwise is not replaced Just as improvement Rest all great!

Our room was not cleaned for two days that i have to come to reception to inform it. We were out for almost half day and when we came back the room wasnt cleaned. First time was acceptable since my mother would want to rest already but 2nd time didnt feel right.

the grand pool, adult slide has less water flowing, that gave me a bruise, the staff waits for tip. I understand Boracay has tip culture but too much expectations confuse tourists as well.

Room has mosquitoes and bugs inside. Air-conditioning unit leaks, not cold enough. Did not have extra towels, only have two towels. We showered 4 to 5 times a day due to very hot weather in Boracay or the Philippines in general.

Nature, how is the hotel situated in a big property with lots of trees, loved it! Lots of swimming pools.

The grand paradise executive room was on the top floor - our view was treetops, but we did need to climb a set of stairs which was difficult with our stroller. Wifi was spotty, lost connection to internet and TV a few times.

Great location, plenty of places to eat and facilities along the beach and the street side. 3 different pools and a great buffet breakfast. Very happy to have a bath for our small kids.

I think, amenities are more likely for westerners height. :D I'm 5'2 and I feel that everything is too high. the room is good, tho, it's not that well maintained. you can feel that it's old, but still clean.

the breakfast buffet is sooo good, I like everything, and the bacon being fried read-time is a plus plus points.

Since it is garden, expect a lot of mosquitoes even inside the room. And you cannot stay outside the room, aside from the mosquito, you can smell some poop of cat/dog 😅

I love the breakfast and the staff was also nice. They will always greet you, the safety also in the pool area was amazing. Good place to stay if you want a quiet night.
