Was way too noisy from the road it was torture 24 hours of very heavy traffic the corridor was open to the outside So offered absolutely no noise suppression at all I was happy to leave so I could finally rest and get some sleep . If I wasn’t so tired from travelling from uk I would of changed hotel

I know it's a budget hotel but facilities and maintenance can be improved. Also it is so cramped. Our room is ideally good for one person only but you put there a bed for 2 so it ate up all the space. Id rather pay extra if the experience will be better

Atleast the staff were very accommodating and friendly. I like that their smiles were genuine.

The room is not clean. Dusts are sticking on the doors, tv, and walls. I'm not comfortable touching the surfaces because of the dusts. Water on the sink is muddy. Sometimes the water that comes out from the toilet bowl after I flush is colored brown. Cleanliness is a very basic requirement that this kind of establishment should have. Its very affordable but im not sure if i would be a returning customer.

Wifi is very fast and aircondition is very cold. Very affordable and it has the best location. Just along the highway and close to convenience stores and fastfood chains.

The room is very cramped. The bathroom/bedroom is dirty ,old smells like mildew and lack of amenities … for long stay I don’t recommend this place. Very disappointed…one of the rooms that we rented the air conditioning is not working to think that the weather there is very hot.my son already informed the staff about the problem but they did not take actions about it.I experienced worst service ever… for the staff and the owner I hope you will not do it again!!!! Illl

Our stay was a terrible experience from start to finish. The receptionist and manager were unhelpful, and the customer service was awful. We were shocked to find out that we had to pay extra for towels. Despite booking for four people, they only provided accommodations for three, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

The room is small that it can only fit a bed and one chair. You won't be able to eat inside as there is no table. No cabinets to put or hang your clothes. The floor needs to be changed - though it's clean but there are stains.

We always book this property every time we travel to North-East Mindanao. The location is very accessible as it is just near the main CDO intersection. The bed is huge and soft. The aircon is very cold. The shower heater works perfectly fine. The TV is okay as well (though limited channels) but it is fine, we were just there to sleep.

I was cat fish my their picture and in reality it was really dirty, the floors it's like it wasn't mop or sweeped for a longtime the walls has stains on it and there's a ants and cockroaches inside the room. The size of the bedroom was reasonable for its price but atleast the cleanliness!! Please be aware of fake reviews!!

It is a very small room - with a bed only and 1 plastic chair. No tables also at least we can eat inside.
