What we don’t like to some staff like the guard there is kinda nosy. Be mindful that we are guest. But I want to commend Mr. Gerald, he is very kind that let our luggage to early check in cause we came early. We really appreciate his kindness!

The only downpoint was the reception downstairs, the moment of the arrival. The person sitting at the reception desk was no help whatsoever. It was asked to call the agent that would handle things, but in the hall of the building there is no reception for mobile telephones. One has to go out all the way, a walk of 250 m to be able to make phone call. It took us almost an hour to get in touch with someone. On the other hand, there was this nice young man who came immediately after our call; he was very friendly and helpful. Once he was there and showed us the room, the perils of the waiting were very quickly forgotten, and we had a wonderful stay.

The room offered everything one could expect. All that was promised in the description was available and in good quality. The internet connection (Globe) was the best I ever had in a hotel room. The swimming pool was nice, the water was good, and the pool was very well oriented. Even though it was surrounded by high buildings, the sun could still heat the water.

All issues were outside of control - annoying screaming and singing from neighbours, excessive room scent in lobby that had me nauseating.

The washing machine was not working/ washing properly, it took forever to know how to use it, even then, it still did not wash well. there was no hot water, which was a turnoff for me.

The location was okay, easy to get around from the property. we were able to check in from 12pm, thanks to the property owner. The property was clean, they had fitness facilities in one of the floors so was great. Okay for a 2 person trip. i will recommend.
