Since it's situated in a nice overlooking view of the sea and town.. there's a lot stairs. You have to go down a several steps to the beach. But it'll still be worth it since you'll enjoy the view. The menu was limited but they will make sure to make it fresh for you so you have to wait a bit. The staff will keep you updated on your order and the stunning restaurant view will certainly compensate for it.

The location and view is awesome! You have to see for yourself! The pool evening lights are wonderful too! The staff will definitely take good care of you and are extremely approachable and friendly! It's a must stay in Puerto Galera! I had fun with my beach stroll as well.

The room is quite basic. The exterior parts of the hotel are nicer than the rooms. Would be nice to have some fruits also on the breakfast included.

The view is amazing! We loved it. The pool is beautiful and big. The restaurants offers a spectacular view on the island. Staff is really nice and attentive.

No water refill, construction site for the pool started at 7:00.

Great view from the room, clean room and bathroom, towels were provided. 10 min walk to shops and restaurants (although the road is dark at night). Breakfast included (a very good pancake).

For those who love the beach, this is not the one for you. I suggest they could post the actual shoreline for reference of prospect visitors idea.

We were there on a not so busy season. Maybe that's why the pool is not maintained as often. But we still enjoyed because its all for us. The food is great. Though a bit pricey. The room with sea view is really a great sight to wake up.

A lot of steps if carrying heavy luggage. TV had European plug and too close to the wall to use adaptor.

Friendliness of staff, manager was always helpful. Very empty when I stayed so nice and quiet. It's on a cliff top so great views across the bay out to sea.

Villa de pico is a beautiful resort, but unfortunately located far from everything. To get to the beach, port or city, you need to hire a taxi. However, the biggest problem is the service of the hotel and restaurant. The ladies look like they don't really care about serving customers. One day the mango juice was added to breakfast for free, but on the other day lady told us that it is additionally paid. A lot of drinks and dishes from menu were unavailable. Once my colleague ordered a dish with meat (pork or chicken) but he received vege version. Once he asked the lady why there is no meat in this dish, she answered that they added mushroom instead, because they know that tourists does not like meat... I do not recommend!

honestly i hate high grounds but since not well indicated into to the page I’m surprised haha. but everything is good and had a good exercise.

The ambient of the property was you’re in a legit province in a vacation that far from the busiest place of the area and the accommodation was the classic villas and we enjoyed our stay.

No air con. Unacceptable. No shower curtain. Limited food selection. Curtains not wide enough for the windows. Weird! No complimentary water or toiletries. Steep steps are a challenge.

Shower without curtain or glass....water splashs on the floor. Shower is a bit tricky....playing cold and hot constantly, very unpleasant. You have to turn it off....soap yourself and turn it on to rinse you!!! Also, no shampoo provided, only soap. The little private beach is really dirty....full of rubbish. To get a nice beach around, you have to go to White beach which is about 9 kms from there...20-25 minutes by tricycle.

Great view from my balcony room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They serve good food at fair price . Quiet place if we except....a little barking dog!!! Juliette is always doing her best to provide you what you need or looking for. Bernie is a very helpful guy too. A pool table is a good asset. Comfy bed. Good lighting in the bathroom.
