Everything was good. One tip before booking - the "direction" map of booking shows the building a few blocks away. The written address is the correct one. Not a big deal, but was confused at first.

The bed is a smaller double, that's the only thing I'd change

Lovely clean apartment in a modern block but just a short walk from the old town square. Perfect for self catering as it had an oven as well as a hob and also a freezer. It even has a washing machine. Loved the balcony Check in instructions were clear and reception was easily found and staff were friendly. There's a convenience store 1 minute walk away. Would definitely stay there again.

It is impossible to find their address using the navigator. You need to look for 30 house, not 28, as indicated on the booking. No one picked up the phone in the office for half an hour, which is also a bad impression.

The sofa bed. It is extremely small, the lenght as well as the widht. Me and my husband are both skinny people but barely fit on it. There is a lot of space in the living room so there is no reason not to put in a normal bed. For this reason, the overall score is an 8 - otherwise it would be a solid 10. Also, we did not like the noisy neibour - some crazy polish woman who screamed, sang, laughed, talked till 4am both nights an also had loud music on and people over. But this is not the fault of the owner, just bad luck. Bring some ear plugs if you want to get some rest.

The communication regarding the booking itself. It was difficult to receive all the necessary information regarding the parking, so many back and forth by messages and in person. The sofa bed looked glamorous but wasn’t at all comfortable for the 3rd person to sleep on it.

The instructions to get to the apartment are not clear. It is a guess game.

It is very very clean, modern, very spacious, it has everything you need, coffee maker with coffee, sugar and tea, fridge, kettle, microwave, washing machine, and extra 1/2 bathroom. The main bathroom has a bathtub as well, it is beautiful. They provide very little toiletries though. But they even provide a hair ironing tool, besides the hairdryer :) The bed sheets and towels are very new, clean and fresh. The bedrooms have a small desk where you can work on your computer. They also have views to the river. Parking is secured and underground :) It has elevators. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the Rynek.

Luxury apartment in the city center. Clean, new, stylishly furnished rooms in a modern building with a view of the Odra River. Large underground garage. The staff is very kind and friendly. Wonderful place to stay in Wroclaw.

We had problems with our internet. First it was working realy good, but then it became very slow, and nothing wanted to work with this internet. It happend on friday evening so nobody could fix it,so we didn't had internet over the weekend. The receptionist Maja was realy kind and she tryed helping us so much she could. I thought giving this apartment a 7 (because of the internet), but service was good, and I give this a 9.

I liked staying in this apartments. The apartment is located good and is new, fresh and modern and has everything you need. The service was realy good.

We had a nice stay at this beautiful apartment in the hear of Wroclaw. The building offered a fresh and modern atmosphere, while the location by the river provided stunning view and tranquil ambiance. We enjoyed it and would recommend.

Showers were not as hot as would like. Reported when we left and sure this will be fixed. Reception team were excellent.

We had two apartments in separate buildings. Great location and security. Well equipped. Reception very responsive when we needed extra bedding. Breakfasts were a nice touch and espresso coffee pods a great start to the day! Convenience store very close by! Beautiful view of river from balcony and very quiet. Short walk into old town square or 30 mins to Cathedral island. The botanical gardens were well worth a visit. And of course the cathedral and churches. Gnome hunting is a must, there are 600 around Wrocław to find! We were a little early in April and would love to return when more things open like the Beach and we missed the cable car. Wonderful city and people.

The mattresses are very soft. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom.

Apartment is in the walking distance from the historical center of the town. Nice view to the river and city center. The appartment is fully equipped incl. the coffe-pods machine.
