Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicVery expensive parking, plus super small and uncomfortable parking lot. Cold water in shower. Swimming pool for reservation only, and no one will warn you of that. But at the end the water was cold there and not really worth going, not a single slide for kids, plus very little and overcrowded.
Excellent modern apartment, very clean and comfy, with everything you might possibly need there, even a small washing machine. Great play room for kids and well designed territory outside.

Czech RepublicPretty much all the details. A few examples: in our room, there is a high kitchen table, the only place for notebooks to be taken out, but there is no power socket. Also, there is a coffeé machine with not even one capsule, there was not even one tea bag - any nice detail. However, you are notified on every piece of paper about where you need to pay extra. We were also notified that the staff only speaks polish. Ok I guess, but is it such a big problem to at least buy them a translator which would help with other languages? Every Starbucks has this device... Also, we mentioned before arriving that we want breakfasts and parking, but there are no "packages" so you have to pay individually for everything and be ready for high prices even for breakfasts since it's always a buffet. The price for parking is very high btw. And since this is quite a remote location we found this shocking. So, in the end, we felt a lot of "greed" and this place lacks a lot of nice details. But I hope that this feedback will provide something to think about since we really liked the place and saw a lot of potential improvements.
Huts themselves are beautiful. It's a very relaxing area with fresh air. The swimming pool facility is also great and kids playground was superb.

Czech RepublicIt was supposed to be a wellness weekend with my friends but we didnt really spend there that much time as it was too tiny with lots of people.
It's a very nice place with lovely surroundings. Breakfast and dinner were both very good and we enjoyed even the time spent in the bar in the night. Drinks a bit more expensive than expected.

Czech RepublicThe pool area, even though they try to manage its load, was crowded, especially in the evening times. Also, the changing room with the lockers is very small, and as everyone is so excited to go into the pool, people are stepping over other people's heads there. Also, a sauna-enjoying person could be disappointed. Except for the cold bucket, there is no other cold shower in the saunas. About 20 people could fit into saunas, but there are only 3 resting spots. There are no one-time sheets for the sauna, you are supposed to use one towel from your room and it's supposed to be used for the whole stay.
Area of the hotel and all the facilities were very nice. The room was clean, well equipped, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast were OK too. Kids were also really happy due to many activities available provided by the property - swimming pool, game room, table football, billiard, etc. ..

United StatesI think that the object and it's services is a bit overpriced. Our stay in both: apartment and a suite was not much different, except for the higher price for a suite. The rooms are quite small and there is not much room to proceed with spa offers (Ex. swimming pool, bowling, night bar if the place is at 100% capacity). We had to sign- up to go to the pool that was overcrowded. Additionally, you have to pay extra for the car parking (almost $15 per night). The food was also ok. You could tell that many dishes were from the previous day. Overall, our stay was satisfactory; however, it WAS NOT 5 star quality!
The object is really nice kept. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't have a chance to sign up for "spa" activities, but we have used the bowling area and played pool.

NetherlandsIn a Play room for children was soo hot you could not stay longer than 20 minutes. Staff, although mostly nice, was often not able to advise either on use of facilities or recommend activities in the neighborhood. Overall the hotel should decide if they go for family or luxury… they are definitely closer to family which we appreciated but you can see they can’t decide. For example swimming pool although having some toys for kids was not fit for use for families with small kids: very small changing space, no swimming pool for children, lots of chlorine in the water. Also you have to pay extra for anything, even cleaning the room. I would say the price of room is high enough to cover some basic cleaning.
Good location, walking distance to Dino park, nice size family room, lots of facilities to choose from.

PolandI would suggest having a small shop inside your resort so that people can buy basic things quickly instead of going to the city centre late in the evening

Czech RepublicVery expensive parking! SPA is very small. Just 2 (!) changing tiny rooms… There were maxim 50 C in finish sauna (asked several times to do smth, they tried but failed in it))) Turkish hammam almost always didn’t work. So it’s quite cold in SPA zone. They don’t clean the rooms, don’t change towels- it’s for extra charge.
Very stylish place, in the nature, large apartment with all necessary staff.
