Everything really. Didn’t use the pool or spa but it was smart, clean and well positioned. Left my wallet in the taxi and Marie, the receptionist, was brilliant getting it back for us.

The location was just slightly outside the old town but a very easy walk to the centre. We were upgaded and the room was spacious and clean. It would have been great to stay longer.

The hotel was excellently located just outside the old town. The reception staff were very helpful and the rooms and facilities first class. The pool and sauna area were also very nice. We would highly recommended and will definitely stay again when we visit Krakow again.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to help organize a surprise birthday cake – such a lovely touch! The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. Everything was perfect – highly recommend!

The air freshener in the common areas was strong. There was a different fragrance used in our room upon registration and it was offensive; perhaps something they use in the vacuum. We opted out of daily room refresh because I was afraid they would use a scented product. We did grab extra towels/amenities from the hospitality cart.

Thought the breakfast was expensive @ $26 USD. Wasn’t thrilled with the selections. We purchased only 1 of the 6 days of our stay. There were other places nearby. Location very good to town square and most attractions as well as public transportation. Close to the huge Galleria shopping center and train station. We never needed an Uber. Staff was helpful with arranging a car rental and an excursion.

The bedroom curtains are not black out so they let a lot of light in very early in the morning.

The pool hours were limited and did not work for my stay, so I did not get to use it. The long list of rules and charges made me feel like I was signing a legal document, and that I should have a lawyer read them.

The staff was accommodating to my requests. The room was top-of-the-line and very comfortable. The spa was wonderful, and the feel of the place was great! Everything was better than I expected.

Some of it looks worn off (scratches on the doors) and why isn’t the pool open the whole day? For the rest I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get but still a nice place to discover the city.

Pretty looking hotel and the location couldn’t be better! Very clean and the staaf are friendly (in love with the chef who made our omelette at breakfast)!

This very impressive hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself is beautiful, a fabulous design and looks amazing. It’s very modernist yet with an art deco design which makes it look and feel exquisite. The rooms are equally impressive with lots of modern technology yet cocooning you in luxury. They are very clean and extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptional, very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough, it made for a superb stay in Krakow.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like or was missing at the hotel.

Great hotel - excellent location, lovely modern rooms and spa, delicious breakfast, very kind staff. Maria in particular was very helpful in assisting and advising us. Good for families with children and the hotel restaurant/bar is really nice too.
