We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was very good. It was clean, not that small for a single room and it was just very comfortable in general. Friendly staff and a pretty decent breakfast to go with it. I've had a good time staying here and will definitely come back another time!

GreeceI had to leave very early (5:30) in the morning and i knew Breakfast time was from 7:00. I went to breakfast room during check-out and i asked them if i can have a coffee. They answer me ofcourse and after i was surprised because most of the breakfast was already ready (not the cooked things) and they didnt tell me that i can have also a breakfast from what is already ready in the room. I think it was not in purpose but just a soft stupidity

The hotel is close to the city center and shopping centers. Quiet area. It is very convenient that the hotel has its own parking lot. Polite and friendly staff and delicious breakfasts.

Wonderful central location with on-site parking monitored by security camera. Our room was even nicer than we expected - great value - included a balcony, bidet and hot shower. Front desk kindly let me borrow a kettle for the room. Breakfast had varied offerings including tasty żurek and fresh bread.
