The hotel is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from the main square in the old town. The beds were very comfortable, and the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My ground-floor room overlooked the quiet backyard, with no disturbance despite its proximity to the restaurant. It remained pleasantly cool during the hot weather. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would gladly return.

The wifi signal wasn’t great in my room, but it still worked. The electrical sockets also seemed a bit unstable - only one of the two would work easily.

I loved the location and vibe of the property. The room I had for just one person was huge, really great value for money, and the access felt very secure.

It is right beside the restaurant, and it is a bit noisy during their opening hours as I need to open window during the summer day.

Room was very clean and large. The location is prime/ right in the centre. You can walk to the main square just in five minutes or less.

Location is very good, in city centre. Everything could be reached on foot. Staff freely and polite. Building is old but well renovated. The charm of the old building has also been preserved.

The location was perfect. I could go to the Bacilica of Saint Mary for the morning mass. The receptionist Paulina was greatly kind and helpful. She switched the room upstairs because I could not sleep well at the original room. It was comfortable and nice.

As previously mentioned, the room was located on the upper floor, directly above a bar in the garden area. During the night, I could hear the chatter from the bar, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. However, I must note that I was able to sleep without any issues. For those seeking a quieter environment, it might be advisable to request a room away from the common areas.

I hadn’t planned to stay another night in Kraków and was initially booked elsewhere. However, when I realized I needed an extra night, I started searching for available accommodations. I found this place and made a reservation around 18:00. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they confirmed everything—no delays or complications. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering a lovely view of a charming garden. While there’s a bar downstairs, and some noise from conversations can be heard, I was still able to sleep soundly. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable, and stress-free option for last-minute bookings, plus a delightful garden view in the heart of the city.
