This is not a „didn't like”, but as a suggestion, one or more international channels on TV, because all of them were in Polish. And (but this is NOT hotel's fault), we lost money because of the very bad exchange rate between the Polish zloty PLN and the Romanian leu RON applied by the Polish bank (10% over the right exchange rate compared to euro).

Exceptional breakfast. Very nice apartment, with a tub in the bedroom and a balcony. Very clean. Nice staff. The hotel has a spa with saunas, a jacuzzi and a salt room. Location of the hotel is close to the Nosal ski area (for beginners).

I wish the spa area were more quiet and that there was a fitness room (or at least some equipment to rent - like a yoga mat). I also had some trouble adjusting the temperature of the water in the shower but maybe that’s inevitable when lots of people use it… finally, this hotel is a bit far from the centre so I wouldn’t recommend it for those looking to be on the high street within minutes.

This hotel is a great option for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nearby nature. There are ski slopes within walking distance but they are mainly for children. There’s a fantastic restaurant too on site and the breakfast is by far the best I have ever experienced - a mix of traditional dishes and modern options. The room was spotless clean and house keeping was excellent. I also appreciated the views from the windows, the ski room and the nice (albeit small) spa area downstairs. Perfect after a long day!

Parking place is too small. Restaurant is working a little bit slower, probably the organization requires improvement as it takes a long time since you got drinks or starter. I would recommend some starter free of charge like bread with butter or pate. Hotel wellness center is not good enough for me, finnish sauna is too small.

Hotel was a work of art made of wood. This was a first time for me, that I had a chance to stay in so beautiful hotel. Hotel is located close to kinder ski school. Room was really nice.

Spa a little too small

Beautiful Hotel. Away from the centre in a perfect quite area. Room was perfect, big bed super clean with heating so now worries about being cold. Buffet brekfast was just perfect, some hot options as well as many cold options, coffee juice etc. Spa was small but great to go and relax in the evening with amazing hot jaccuzzi. Only half an hour walk from Kuznice where there is a ski lift to Kasprowy Wierch. 5 min walk from skiing lessons for peopel who havent done much skiing. Taxi to centre of Zakopane Krupówki only 5/10 min drive and pretty cheap. Iverall would definitely reccomend!!

Unfortunately for both me and my partner the bed was way too hard, otherwise it would have been 10 stars. It was a lovely supportive mattress to sit on, just not to sleep, but that is individual preference.

There appeared to be water pipes in the wall behind the bed, and whenever the people in the neighbouring room used the bathroom it was quite noticeable.

I was overcharged - the rates on the booking website was similar to the current currency converter, but the amount i was charged in local currency was much much higher. Be careful . Also - they advertised mini bar - it was absent. The toiletries were limited to the bath soap only. No shampoo or conditioner. Not good enough for the 4 star hotel

The hotel is by the road, so the noise from the cars is non-stop. We didn’t like the food at the restaurant, so we went to eat at the guesthouse next door.

The hotel is located very close to the park. There is a restaurant and a spa area with a jacuzzi and sauna on the ground floor. The location is excellent.

Family friendly, haha, nope. They forgot to tell You that the restaurant holds weddings and parties. Your room is just above the wedding venue where drunk people shouting/singing and constantly moving the chairs until 1am and this is not fun if you come with a 4y child and wants to sleep...

It was not a hot water for 2 days out of 4 we stayed. The rooms on the 3rd floors have no cartons and some stuff looks like dirty. It’s not 4 stars hotel. The food and service in restaurant was very good.
