CanadaWe were given a room for the handicapped which meant our small children kept pressing the alarm buttons and our shower head was at 160 cm height which was annoying. The shower was not separated by anything therefore an anti slip mat is essential - I slipped and severely bruised my finger due to this. I reported it to reception and asked for medical assistance but was coolly waved away. Also I didn't appreciate the parking fee of 30 PLN/day which I was informed applied only to booking.com customers - a bit annoying. The location was a bit out of the way - a good drive was needed to get anywhere.
Lovely roomy hotel with superb breakfast. Swimming pool and wellness center was a huge added bonus. Our dog was half price dus to its small size. For two evenings a week there was fabulous animation for small children which was greatly appreciated. The hotel restaurant served very tasty food and the service there was lovely.

LithuaniaA sofa was with old dirty spots. Extremely bad coffee during the breakfast (all two mornings as we have stayed). There isn't a towel heater in the bathrooms, so we couldn't dry our swimming suits and towels after their usage.
Good and nice location, all around mountains. Great that we could stay with a dog with no additional fee and got a free big parking as well. Big, normal room and comfortable bathroom. Very silent location. A swimming pool area was simple, but cozy and warm with not a bright light - was possible to relax. There is no hot tub, so it's very great that water was not so cold (~31 degrees) in the swimming pool. Good size of it. I also remember a big assortment of different cheese in the breakfast.

Nice swimming pool operating from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Ample parking lot. This hotel is certainly NOT located in Szczyrk. Who wrote the description? It didn't matter for this stay, but in winter people might get upset, there are no winter sport facilities and it takes (in winter) an hour to get to facilities in Szczyrk. Improve!

Nice location in the mountains surrounded by trees, beautiful room, spacious balcony, comfy beds. Nice room with games for kids and very good breakfast. The internal restaurant was a bit pricey but offered a nice variety of good quality meals

United KingdomThe spa area had only a gym, pool and a sauna. Typically when I visit hotels and it says "spa" in this price range I expect to see a sauna, steam room, plunge pool and jacuzzi.
Great breakfast. Super helpful and kind staff. Quiet. Comfy bed. Clean. 20 minute drive to Szczyrk Skiing Resort.
