bin in bedroom wasn't changed often enough shower flooded quite easily as the drain was blocked no lockers as the staff said people had stolen the keys no reception I wouldn't usually mention guests behaviour, but in this case this was a long term resident and he behaved very inappropriately in the room which made me quite uncomfortable :(

The host didn"t show up when I arrived at the hostel to check in. He asked another guest to bring me to my bed and assign the locker to me too. The keys were given to me from the guest. Everything was so strange. The kitchen was in a mess. Luckily, the bathroom was large and the hot shower functioned well.

The location was close to city centre and got reach to all different kinds of restaurants and bars It's also close to the supermarket I finally met the host on the second day.

- Communication with the personnel was not the best. I tried multiple times to call/text the personnel when I needed some assistance and nobody ever called me back. - Not dirty, but not the cleanest unfortunately. The whole area seemed messy - there were random bags of stuff left near the hotel doors, the stairwell was dark and dirty, the common area was full of random things (i have no idea if they belong to the guests or the hostel..), the bathrooms could be cleaner.. - Unfortunately, the crowd of the hostel was sketchy as heck. We stayed in a room with two teenager guys who arrived late at night, were drunk and kept on drinking, were shouting for a few hours, kept talking to me and my sister even though the lights were turned off and we were trying to sleep, asked us inappropriate questions…and overall they just smelled bad. In the morning downstairs I have met another guy who was wearing leggings and had a giant hole near his bum, that was a cherry on top of everything. Just weird vibes honestly.

Only 1 bathroom for 10 people, and bunk beds didn't feel very sturdy - wouldn't have wanted to be on a bottom bunk! Communal space was limited too

The vibe of the hostel was different than we know it from other hostels. It felt more like renting a room in a shared flat. The kitchen and common room were always a bit messy with leftovers and dirty dishes lying around. Also lots of other peoples towels and bath stuff (like toothbrushes and razors) in the bathroom, so there was no space left to hang up stuff while in the bathroom. The wifi mostly did not work at all. There was also no reception and it was not clear, who was responsible or who to go to with questions.

We were two people travelling together and booked a 4-bed room. Luckily, we had the room to ourselves. The hostel also provided a towel. Two bathrooms - one with shower and toilet and one only with a toilet. Location is great, close to the city centre.

I've stayed in different hostels across Europe and on the cleanliness front I was a bit disappointed here. Plus my experience was spoiled due to something that was not in the control of the admin which I won't describe here

I got here very early, around 7:30, and the reception was still sleeping, which I understand and I'm sorry for. However, if you arrive too early and fail to contact the reception, you will have to stand outside their house with no idea. At that day It was snowing heavily outside and I turned into a snowman. Fortunately, someone came out an hour later and let me in. Otherwise everything is fine and the staff are indeed friendly. I think whether the room is clean or not actually depends on what kind of roommate you meet. This has nothing to do with the hostel. I can feel that the hostel is doing its best to provide good services. I saw a Korean boy putting his socks on the table where we had food, that’s so disgusting and rude😠

I lived in the 10 peoples room which everyone is friendly and nice. This suite is equipped with living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Surprisingly, the wall between the living room and the bedroom is very soundproof. People outside are chatting, listening to music or watching TV, but sleeping inside is not affected at all. Overall it's very cozy and comfortable to sleep in. Ooofcuz, The transportation here is indeed very convenient, and there is a very lively shopping street nearby, where there are many delicious restaurants, and you can also buy a lot of what you want, including Zakopane’s specialty cheese.

I reached before checkin time, and I couldn't even get in. No one was answering my phone calls or the doorbell. Finally, I could get in when a guest opened the door, fortunately. Some guest stole my money but that's my fault. I had the wallet next to my pillow. It was around 30 EUR.

To be honest quite cheap and small hostel with great location, however there are things to improve. For example we did not get towels and Wi-Fi was very slow. You are allowed to leave bags when your reservation is expired which is brilliant. When it comes to cooking everything is available. Rubbish is not taken out on time in the washroom.

The hostel was pretty dirty - bathrooms, kitchen and common "living" area were very messy and could use some cleaning. The door from our dorm didn't close completely (there was gap all naight in the door), and just behinf the door there is living room where people sat and talk most of the night, so we could hear everything in our room and it was very difficult to sleep in peace. Very annoying if you are planning to wake up next day early in the morning to go to the mountains. Only one bathroom with shower for whole hostel. Dirty and smelly bathroom.

Late check in is very convenient. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary supplies, appliances. Beds are quite comfortable. Sockets next to beds, lockers in the room. The room was quite big and spacious. The location of the hostel in the center is excellent.

All these pictures are not real! Bad smell; so much dirty; no one to reception (actually there is no reception, is just one guy that decide when he want or no be in the hostel), no one even answer you on WhatsApp or chat in booking.

Everything was great until the last day , somebody stole one of my good quality hiking socks (I put 3 pairs to be dried up after a quick wash but only the branded one got chucked). Reported this to the owner but instead of checking their cctv he advised me to use lockers but wet socks have to be dried in open not in a locker that's a common sense thing. There are thieves in the hostel but he didn't look bothered by this. So I won't be recommending it due to lack of safety for your stuff in the premises. I doubt there are few people who are living there for longer as home they might be behind it but this was the first time something was stolen in a travellers hostel in my whole life experiences.

Everything was great for the first two days. The owner helped me with lockers when I had to go hiking. The location is great , enough facilities and good value for money. He was always approachable for queries and assistance.

The kitchen and bathrooms were too small for the number of guests and were consistently dirty. Not sure why nobody has mentioned that the photos of the hostel aside from the bedroom photos are completely inaccurate. It's much smaller, darker, and less renovated than it appears (common spaces, bathrooms, kitchen).

The staff, although they said they weren't staff and just friends of the owner, were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is quite small for the number of guests. There is no female room, I had to book a mixed room which is not very convenient for me.

It's quite clean. The location is quite good. The staff was friendly. It has a kitchen though not very well-equipped. The view from the hostel is fantastic.
