There was no hot water during my stay - hopefully just temporary issue. Also apartments are so close to each other you can hear neighbors through open window.

Interesting room design, experience comparable to tiny house with mezzanine. Location is great - many cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby, with good access to trams and buses.

As described, the rooms are not very well equiped, just a frigde in the room. A kettle would make it just a bit more comfortable to make your own coffee in the morning. Bed was just a matrass on the floor and on the mezzanine, which could be reached by a small stairs. But it worked for me.

Location, near some small shops and a big shopping centre. Public transport on 300 meters, 20 minutes to City centre. Very friendly host at the reception. Good wifi, nice shower.

the only problem was when I arrived there was no one to share the info and get the documents for check in, and I had to get back to the smart hotel to get the card!!

This is not a studio but a simple bedroom with private bathroom. The name of the place is misleading. * There is no kitchen equipment at all, not even an empty glass, or a spoon. * The mezzanine area where the bed is located seriously lacks ventilation, it is smelly in there, and too warm by night, even if it was not hot outside and in the rest of the room. * The bathroom layout is pretty terrible: you have to step through the shower area in order to reach the sink or the toilet. There is no dry space where to leave your toilet paper roll. * Once you get in the room and it's night , you need to walk 4 steps forward in the dark (door locks by itself behind you), then turn right and do one step forward. Then you can reach the button to switch the light on. * There is no couch, sofa. Only a mattress and a chair. * There is no piece of decoration at all. * There is no bedside table light or desk light, unlike what can be seen in the pictures. * There are no curtains, so in summer the sunlight wakes you up at 4am.

Our key card has not worked from the beginning. We had to go to other hotel 500m to other hotel building to exchange the card. Seemed like staff knew from the beginning that key would not work, as they repeated 4 times that you have to go to other building in case key do not work. And they was just lazy to do it themselves. There was no sorry and they said that it is not their problem that we are not happy with situation. Very RUDE girls at the reception of hotel that issues cards. Room was smelly. No proper ventilation, especially on mezzanine where bed is locate.

I booked a room with a double bed but received a single, when asked to change they said tomorrow, then they didn't have anything, they didn't communicate with the person working the following day. Staff is rude, the beds are very uncomfortable, the building where you sleep in 200 meters from the reception, but no signs for the reception. If the plastic key doesn't work you have to go to the hotel next door, it is a horrible experience, spend money for something else. I booked a hotel the final day instead.

The price, at first, then once you realize everything else it isn't worth it.

mezzanine is quite dangerous since there is no handrails and ladder with very narrow steps. reception is at the other address and it was quite difficult to find my room even when I asked member of the stuff so I had to go back and forth to figure it out

The building is located inside very large and modern park. 3 cafe's are nearby. A lot of parking places (paid!). Nice "smart" room, your bed is almost near the ceiling)) I slept really well.

There was no wifi at all, this is a huge negative. As others have said, the ladder to the bed is sketchy and in the summer, heat gets trapped upstairs, making it harder to have a good night's sleep. Room is on the second floor with no elevator and yes, the bathroom cubicle doesn't drain properly, so it stays wet all the time.

The location is amazing, bang in the middle of a park lined with hip cafes and restaurants, very serene and happening. The room is quite big, with the bed being upstairs there's a lot of space. Nicely renovated building all together, cool interior design choices.

Absolutely amazing locality, very modern solved room. We have loved this accomodation!
