Perfect location and daily room cleaning. Free access to sauna and jacuzzi . Lots of museums around and great places to eat in the area. Try the Japanese reataurant that belongs to the hotel.

The spa is small and it looks a bit outdated. In some areas it could be cleaner and some things need repair. The spa consists of two saunas and a jacuzzi. It is ok and it might be enough, but it is obligatory to book the jacuzzi - only one guest can use it at a time. It was the first time I have encountered such a rule and I was a little bit surprised. This means that if you do not book, there is just sauna to use. Saunas were fine though.

Location is excellent. It is easy to commute and easy to reach. Staff was nice. The room was clean. I like the saunas, especially the dry one, that one was the best from the whole spa.

There was an intermittent smell in the bathroom which I think was the drains as we could smell the same thing on the street. Didnt bother us too much as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The room itself had a lot of scuff marks on the wall. Appreciate this is wear and tear but it brings down the overall impression of the room which otherwise would've looked really smart.

Hotel is in a great location right on the edge of the Old town. Was surprisingly quiet considering the location. Staff were very friendly

The mattresses were rather soft, which wasn’t ideal for us, but that’s just personal preference.

Very clean. It was a big pro that the airconditioning was already on when we entered the room, considering it was hot outside. Also the service level was excellent

Bad smell in the initial bathroom we received.. we the changed.

Perfect location We had an issue with a smell coming from The bathroom. After some back and forth managed to change rooms with the help of a houseman (thank you for the help). We were 3 and received a room for 2 just to avoid the smell. We expected a small compensation back. Received 1 breakfast day.. Good views

Wiew from the room ! in some inside background - ! scary! not plesent for to stay att holliday time. Facillity - jacuzzi, we booked a specific time as staff recommended and went to use - it was full with family and screeming child .

There was no milk for the coffee. That's the only issue we had, which in my eyes makes this hotel a great place to stay especially for the price. We paid around 280pln and the hotel is located in the old town!

The room although on the small side was very comfortable. The bed was big and we slept very well. The room was nicely decorated and had a kettle, teas, coffee and a bottle of water. The bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure was great.

Our room was a bit worn out. The worst thing was that the drain in the shower was clogged and the water drained very poorly. that's why I think the price is a bit high.

Wonderful location. Right in the city centre. old building. comfortable beds. we were with our children and parents, so it was convenient for us that there was space for everyone.

If you arrive on weekends, driving is not permited in the old area, so have that in mind if you have heavy luggage. There are also quite a few steps to get into de hotel, and into the room I was in. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, so the corridors smell very much like Chinese food all day... not a very nice kind of smell for early mornings. The staff speak very little English.

It is very well located, in the centre of the old town so you can basically walk everywhere. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Because of its location, it was extremely loud at night. In addition to this, the room needed work - there were odd marks on the walls and it smelled odd.

Checking in with a reception gentlemen was weird. He gave me incorrect instruction hot to get to my room( 3 heavy suitcases), cleaning guy was amazing- he should be working the desk. The reception guy as unfriendly, looked rude and made me feel like I was wasting his time.
