The property was amazing! Cosy and spacious, with lovely interrior with traditional hints. The view from the balcony was superb. Perfect for families.

Even though the new apartment could host 6 people, I wouldn’t recommend because it was a bit small. For 4 people it would have been perfect.

Our original booking had to be changed so we got a different apartment, which was very modern and nice. The view of the mountains was simply priceless. The communication with the landlord was very quick and always helpful.

The only thing that could be improved was the room lighting - the bulbs were quite dim so it was a bit dark in the evening.

The view from the balcony was really nice. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms and all the kitchen appliances - it made our stay very comfortable. Zakopane center is very close, only a couple of minutes drive with a car.

- The house is a wooden construction, which looks and smells amazing, but there is a downside. When the upstairs neighbours wake up, you wake up too. They were nice and quiet people, but wood is wood, and simply just walking down the hallway can be quite noisy in the morning. - They ask for a deposit for accidental damage. It is understandable and I see why it is not proportional to the nights spent there. But since Zakopane was just a short stop for us and we spent only 1 night for 630 PLN, the additional 800 PLN fee felt a little exorbitant. We got it back, but it will take exactly a week as the small print says.

- THE VIEW. From the balcony you get an unobstructed, picturesque, literally breathtaking view of the Polish Tatras. Just sit down and relax. It is simply amazing, no exaggeration. - The apartment is spacious, cozy, and feels like home. Not a hotel experience, but a warm home experience. - 2 toilets!

There were few blackout curtains, they were not long enough and the outdoor lights were a bit disturbing in the room at night. We need more wine glass. 😃

Amazing view from the apartment. Big and spacious place, everything is very high quality. It is particularly advantageous to have 2 toilets. Parking was easy. Use of the sauna was included in the price. The check in was very easy and comfortable self way, and also the check out.

The sound isolation was poor, but we could expect this because of wooden house.

The apartament was beautiful! We love the style it was decorated. We stayed in apartament No2 (2 bedrooms), it was spacious and good equiped. We stayed here on late September, so it was great that the apartament had heating. The view from balcony and windows was stunning. We had one parking place. Check in was well organized, we get all the information, so there was no uncertainties.

The house is nicely located for skiers and hikers - really close to Kościeliska and Chochołowska Valleys. There is also a small slope in front of the house for kids to slide and ski. There is a good restaurant within 4 min walk, so it is convenient if you don't want to cook. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The house is very clean and nicely maintained.

Good thing - there were very few guests, it was very quiet -but on our last day the neighbors dropped by and we heard them walking. Early in the morning people started to make repairs in neighboring houses - but we got up early and used it as an alarm clock :) There is no full-length mirror in the room (there is only a bathroom, but still not full-length) - this is not very convenient. The sauna downstairs works, but the door does not close well. I was unable to warm it up for a high temperature.

My friends and I (5 people in total) stayed here in September for 3 nights. We loved the location with awesome mountain views! The two bedrooms and the living room have balconies. Convenient parking. Everything worked in the kitchen and bathroom, the beds were very comfortable. It was not cold outside yet, but we turned on the batteries to dry things (if it was possible to wash clothes in the washing machine, that would be a big plus!). On the ground floor, there is a sauna and a shower next to it - very convenient. Very nice design, all wooden, very soft lighting. You feel truly in the countryside - it's very nice. And at the same time, everything you need is there and everything works well.

Some bedroom lights broken. Very dim light bulbs. Can’t imagine staying there when it’s dark out. Window drapes that only cover part of the windows especially in the master bedroom which is right next to the driveway and provides no privacy. Master bedroom bed very squeaky - wakes up the other person sleeping in the bed. Second bedroom door hinges so loud, door has to be left open. Master bedroom floors very squeaky and creaking loudly when walking Patio door handle on disrepair: only inside part remains and comes out of the door when pulled. Rips in couch cushions.

this place really feels like it has a virtual owner- people wrote 1yr before that kitchen sink stinks and it still does. the dishwasher was broken which wasn’t mentioned in advance, etc, etc. Finally the property charges almost 200 EUR deposit a few days in advance and holds it for a week after your stay - if this was a general practice in Tatras you would need 1K EUR when staying in a few properties in a short time!

We got completely different room as we booked. Smaller one with less beds. When we tried to solve this with the lady (maybe owner) over the phone she proposed no solution. We was very disappointed by this approach. Otherwise the room was fine. Other minus was that the drain in the bathroom was stinky. Air in the whole apartment was affected.

Things we disliked - coming to find a lot of dirty dishes in the dishwasher - the place is overall pretty dark - the balcony was not cleaned and seems to be a place where the birds like to spend time - one of the windows in the master bedroom faces an outdoor lighting, this cannot be darkened with the curtains because of technical issues - the ceiling is wooden, you can hear every step of the neighbors from the apartment above you - very very inconvenient - the balcony furniture were just not comfy - the only frying pan available was broken - the Teflon parts were partially scratched off

Things we liked - a lot of space - well enough equipped kitchen - nice, spacious, well equipped bathrooms - comfy sofa in the living room - beautiful view from the balcony

Our appartment (appartment 1) had a very very minimal view to the mountains which was very disappointing in light of the fact that this was the entire reason of coming (and of course there were many hotels with mountain view) It is easy to get around by car but if you don't have a car it's pretty hard

Terrible smell from the bathroom that didn't go away throughout the whole stay (we were at the last floor). Coffee machine was only partlialy functional and was spewing water everywhere. Heating broke down one night and we were only informed after a complaint. We got a wrong code to the key locker. The sauna downstairs didn't seem to heatup to the right temperature. Those issues deacrese the score by 3 points. Sorry but at this price point non of this should happen.

A beautiful house with a great light in the morning. Great wooden interior and really cool albeit limited view from windows. Good location. Clean rooms and a bathroom with a heated floor. Comfortable bed. Staff was able to reply quickly to our messages.

Not enough light. Insufficient lighting due to energy-saving light bulbs. Missing main pillows and in the bed were only two small pillows. Some equipment would be sometimes good to check the function. TV without signal. Only small antenna on the room necessary to put outside of the window. The house is far away from Zakopane and that's complicated if you want to spend some time in the city, or travel to Kaspierski Wierch.

The bathroom was very nice. And the wooden house has a beautiful atmosphere. Nice view from the window.
