Outdated furniture, cigarette smell in the corridors but we didn't really care that much

I would advise future guests to ask for a room in a lower floor because the building doesn't have elevator.

problem was one of the door of a bedroom didnt close so we needed 2 people to close it.

Tram noise all night , ambulance, police . Bit dated decor , dump smell in apartment. It is not balcony like say on advertising, it is downstairs outside small garden with corner sofa and parasol ( without light so pitch black ) and next to the bins ( plenty flies and wasps)

The administration of the building allows smoking inside the building, there's even stainless steel ashtrays on each floor and for people like me that have lung issues after covid makes it very hard to breathe, it REALLY stinks. Other people renting there don't even open the window to smoke and won't go to the open backyard to do so. Once inside the apartment I rented doesn't smell anymore.

Parking fee approx 14,- €/day. Internet quite quick, but in some rooms very poor signal.

Very big apartment - we were 2 families together. Everything clean. Very good communication with the owner. Payed parking in front of the apartment. Approx 20-30 minutes walking distance from city center. Tram station almost in front of the house. Easy equiped, older bathroom - but actualy you dont need anything more and it works.

It is a nice place to stay over the weekend! The information for check-in was clear. It is easy to get here from the old town either by public transport or by car.

Could have done with a couple more fans, rooms were very hot. Washing machine needed a clean, we realised after the first use it had quite a bit of grime in it

The cleanliness was okay but could definitely be improved, especially the bed sheets were old, over-washed and looked dirty even as they smelled clean. Mattress was old and less comfortable. Noise wise it is something to be aware of with that price and location, example you can hear each footstep from neighbors above as its an older building and the tram is close by so expect to hear it. The heating should have been on for us to choose if we need it

Price and quality was very decent. The location was close to the center, just across the river. Public transport was right by the door. The basic necessities were in okay quality (bathroom, hair drier, kitchen appliances, TV, etc). Size of the apartment was nice, build in wardrobe and bathroom were newer. The heating was not on most of our stay but the apartment on the 1st floor was not cold in April/May and there was a electric heating element in the bathroom

We were 4 people and there was only 1 set of keys. Since there were extra doors that could be opened only with the key (and you couldn't leave them opened) we had to improvise. If it was the same as the appartment door, that we could just leave open, it would have been totally fine.

Upon entering the main building with the provided code, I was met with an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell, despite the description indicating smoking is not permitted in public areas. The smell persists up the stairwell until I reached the rented apartment, which instead has a mildew odor in the bathroom. The apartment is falsely advertised as a one-bedroom; it's an open studio with no door separating the sleeping, kitchenette, or lounge areas. Despite images showing an air conditioner, there was none, and the windows open onto a busy route with persistent noise from sirens, cars, and trams. I initially booked for two, but two friends stayed for two nights; the owner used CCTV footage to threaten eviction unless I paid 700 PLN, half of a 7-night rate, without providing a bill or breakdown of charges. Booking support declined to intervene, stating their policy allows the owner to impose any charges and evict if unpaid. I unsuccessfully tried to negotiate a reduction and so had to leave the apartment or deal with the threat of police intervention. I did not get to complete my stay even though said extra guests were leaving that day. Completely unacceptable experience. Check the Google Reviews for even more horror stories. I wish I had before booking. Booking . com should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this property on their site as this issues seems to be an ever occurring issues

The location was very near several tram stops with nearby cafes and restaurants. To be clear, the location is the only positive aspect of this property. DO NOT BOOK!

The vibration from the trams goes through the furniture, the fridge containers are missing on the side, the bed falls over, the building inside smells of smoke

Closer to centre than most, very easy to access, the communication is good, close to trams, pretty spacious apartment, availability of washing machine and iron is greatly appreciated

No living room to sit and relax. No proper working shower. Have to hold it and shower yourself. Shower door comes on and off the rail. Needs a good refurb

location is fantastic for getting around Krakow, Train station 7 minutes walk, trams and busses just outside, love the piece and quiet at night . apartment was clean and cosy with plenty of space for the 4 of us Magdalena is on site daily cleaning the communal areas. communication was excellent from booking to leaving. 💯

When we arrived, it sounded all good. The place looked ok, but we saw that there was a lot of smoking just outside the corridor with cigarette buds all over. The apartment had AC as per the website pics but you cannot use it as its not installed (so don’t be fooled. They will say it is not advertised, but u can see it on the pics). Since there was no AC, we had to slightly open the windows which created a big problem. They constantly monitor and will tell you to close the window even if it is not raining. We were surprised. They sent us CCTV footage. We informed that we are in the apartment and its not getting wet inside and we needed some air. They don’t care about if you can breathe or not. On another day one of our business partners came to visit and stayed bit late due to discussing few matters. The next day the agent called again to say that we are not allowed to bring anyone and warned us. They informed that they have CCTV footage of timings. WOW, this is the first I heard of a place where we are been constantly monitored by the owners/agent. We were really getting worried by now if there were any hidden CCTV inside the apartment as well. This was making us very uncomfortable, specially they would not let you give any reason, and they will talk over you when you ask why and give your opinion over the phone. On each level of stairs, you will see CCTV installed. So be careful of what you do. I should have checked google reviews first before booking and was my mistake (Check google reviews if you want more validations with similar issues where the host has been violent and guest had to call the police). This really ruined our stay and to enjoy Krakow. There are many other properties so don’t be fooled for the price unless you like BIG BORHTER WATHING YOU. BE CAREFULL!!!

Horrible smell on the stairs, smoking. Repairs needed in kitchen light and bathroom door. Bed and sheets not nice and comfortable. Noise from traffic and trams. Roof floor, very warm. Air conditioning remote was removed to prevent use. Towels didn’t have a nice feeling. No shampoo or body gel. Cameras and monitoring everywhere. Noisy air extraction fan in bathroom.
