Only small things: The pillows were too big (hard) There was a quilt but not a sheet and on a hot night with the window open it was almost too hot to sleep.

The digital check in is a lot of work and there was a mistake in the email so we could not find the appartement, but the lady we called was really nice, so it was solved quickly. I do prefer a human at a reception desk though.

External noise. Temporary roadworks cannot be anticipated but the general noise level until very late at night followed by early morning maintenance was disruptive

Not really, maybe it can offer more clothes hooks inside the bathroom or clothesline. That will be a plus!

Perfect location, simple check-in and checkout, a room with everything you need for a short stay. It designs really good and makes good usage of every space. The room is bigger than it looks on the picture and the bed is really comfortable. Staff here are very responsive online. Everything is great.

The area is perfect but a bit dirty. A local man mentioned how a tourist was robbed the previous week in the area. The apartment includes a dishwasher but no capsules to clean the dishes, which is fine, that's expensive and should be paid by the person staying but no one is going to buy a whole bag of dishwasher tablets if staying short term. We bought some washing-up liquid to do the dishes but again, no sponge. We threw the rubbish away but no spare bags included so if we had stayed long we would had to buy some refusal bags as well.

Perfect location for tourism. The area looks a bit dodgy but it's PERFECTLY located. It's bigger than we thought and very clean and new. Beds were comfortable and the electric blinds amazing: Complete black out and we could sleep well.

I was at the top floor (Apt. 4) and there was no elevator. I had a small carry on, so it was no issue really, but I can imagine it could if I had a large bag.

Location was excellent. Close to 2 metro lines, one being line E that takes you to the airport. It’s also close to the market and the Chapel of Souls. Plenty of places to eat around. The apartment itself it’s modern and clean. I didn’t cook, but it seemed to have everything needed. The staff was excellent, they were able to arrange an early check in. I particularly liked the electric blinds that make the room dark and isolate the noise from the street.

A couple of extra towels would have been nice. A little walk from the centre but it was a nice stroll home after dinner in the evenings.

The WC seat was broken and getting loose, the sink tap was slightly loose, found a towel hanging behind the bathroom door from a previous guest’s stay, I guess, the carpet seemed to be a bit dirty

Modern design, compact configuration of the flat with small kitchen at the entrance equipped with basics to prepare some meal (missing water boiler), really appreciated the fact that the flat was facing the yard and very calm despite of its central location, close to metro or city sights, contactless check in was easy, all the information provided a day before my arrival
