Lack of sun loungers by the pool. People putting towels on sun lounges and not showing up for hours to use them.

The apartment was amazing, with the ocean view and the city panorama. Spacious room, equipped kitchen. Clean and very comfortable. Loved that place so much! The beach is not that far but mind that the hotel is on a hill so you will have to climb 96 stairs back to the hotel. We stayed with a 5-year old kid and it was not a problem. For those who find this hard, there’s a free hotel shuttle to the city center and back to the hotel. We asked for a transfer from the airport and back to the airport. The car was exactly on time as requested. Perfect service! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

There were three of us, but the sofa bed was not usable and the mattress was on the floor, so we had to sleep three people on one bed. The bathtub had a curtain and that is not hygienic.

The hotel location was great. The hotel services and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. And we used the hotel buffet one night. All the food was excellent and fresh and delicious. We checked out of the hotel and used all the hotel facilities until the evening, took a comfortable shower, and went to the airport.

The rooms are starting to feel a bit outdated (still fairly good and fully functional), not sure if that applies to all parts of this huge hotel complex though. Recurring problem that guests "reserved" sun beds by the pools by putting towels on them early in the morning - basically blocking others from using them. Could probably be handled by the hotel in some way...

Great location, but keep in mind that you need to walk up and down more than a hundred steps to get to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast with a lot of options (British influenced, but not only) including fresh fruit etc.

Swimming pools excellent, check in and out quick. Very close to old town. Good housekeeping. Good kitchen facilities. Great cafes on site.

It’s a steep walk to the old town. The rooms buzzer seemed to go off at random times. There was a dripping noise at night. The shower head was small but water pressure and temperatures were good.

Nice breakfast, rooms were a good size and services were good. The view was fantastic.

Our apartment din not have a washing machine and a dishwasher though they stated that all apartment had them. Dishwasher we didn’t mind but washing mashine would have been nice we were travelling with young children.

Our apartment was on a different site to the hotel which wasn't made clear when booking (about 50m uphill) not the worst but caught us off guard. Something not great though you need to be up at 6am to secure a sunbed around the pool at the apartments because there were a lot of teenage groups that loved a pool party on returning from night out around 5.30am and then left towels clothing etc on sunbeds even though they went to bed at 6.30, you could remove them but it shouldn't be on the guest to do this as it could create a confrontation. In fairness to the hotel, speaking to other regular guests the love island vibe was out of the normal and this was the first year they were here, it's normally families and couples around the apartments not groups

Nothing. Maybe a few more sunloungers around the pool but this was not generally an issue.

I liked the sea view, our big balcony, the comfortable beds, the dishwasher and washing machine I also liked how near the local shop was and Aldi and Lidl was also within walking distance.

Located on a steep hill and can be tough to walk up during the day when it's very hot.

Food was good, facilities were very good and staff were lovely at all times.

Reception welcome, we have got problem with the payment of the child; ladies at the reception not nice. Smell in the flat, sofa bed not comfortable Before the arrival I have asked to have a comfort position for the flat; well they selected the room for us in a 3* structure little far from the main building. No animation at night (end of May)

We like most of it, although the staff could be a bit more helpful and cheerful to customers.

We loved the location and the cleanliness, only downfall was the hills, we came with older people who really struggled with the hills, we hired two mobility scooters for them, but even the hills were too much for the scooters. But dont let that put you off!

Rude staff at spa. There is no water dispenser at the gym. Forced to purchase a swimming cap for €5 to use the indoor pool and hot tub (not hot btw) slow service at upstairs bar. I would have considered the hotel again as we visit this area often due to family living close by, but on that basis probably wouldn't again.

Lovely hotel, room was well equipped. Smooth check-in with lovely reception staff. Room to store your cases because we were on an early flight, and it was too soon to check in
