High-level hotel, beautiful structure, free parking. Professional staff. Spacious room and shower. Excellent location in the center of Tomar. Our room had a view on the river, the park and on the other side on the castle, what a nice way to end and begin the day! Excellent breakfast. The pool looked very inviting, pity we didn't have the time to try it. An excellent stay indeed.

Wonderful front desk staff -- friendly, and welcoming! Bartender was also so lovely to chat with and full of knowledge about the region, wines, port and all the wonderful things in Portugal. He really made our stay so interesting and we left feeling like we learned a lot from him. Rooms are very large and well laid out with small entry way and closet. Bathrooms are very large. The hotel itself is very clean and well cared for. It is older but it feels well maintained, not outdated or unloved. It all felt very charming and welcoming.

The service in the bar and pool area was extremely slow.

The location of the hotel was superb, the staff were all helpful, polite and friendly. the meals were of a high quality. the facilities excellent. the massage excellent. Bedrooms were clean and tidy.

We had only booked for one night, but we lived both the town and hotel.

This was one of the most impressive rooms we have ever stayed in. It was vast, with a huge bed and many comfortable chairs. The distant view of the convent was a bonus, and right outside was the river and the very well maintained hotel grounds. The room was situated on a corner of the hotel so there were good views in two direction. Breakfast was of a very high quality and servedi in a lovely room. Free parking was available in the hotel grounds. We diined very well at Restaurante Sabores, but do book.

Fantastic hotel. Highly professional and pleasant staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Luxurious accommodation, bar area and lounge. Great value for money considering the high quality of this hotel. Breakfast and all meals fantastic. This is our second stay and our go to hotel when in the area.

it is a minor matter, but the pillows were too large to be comfortable. There also was one smaller one which was great.

The location is perfect for a visit to Tomar. The hotel is a typical convention hotel. There were tour groups coming and going, which imparts a particular energy that I usually avoid. But I have absolutely no complaints about the service. Wonderful room, excellent bed, lovely balcony. Breakfast was abundant, but not particularly distinguished. Dinner was surprisingly good. Parking was included and very very easy.

Breakfast was poor. There were too many coaches for the serving staff to manage. The food on the buffet was not replenished and it was a chaotic experience.
